Sandeep Sund made it very easy to feel confident in my understanding to how this world spun, so moving forward wasn’t so much a fear but more a fascination to how our property could really be a life changing deal! From the get go, selling 2 Glenross Dr Wattle Downs was never going to reach its full potential given that state of the property showed its full 25 Years of living. Also adding to this was the current NZ market in property where Sandeep always made it clear by giving over the most recent information in regards to the market and always following up in seeing weather we understood the information, highlighting where our focus should be which we really appreciated. His over and beyond attitude in making us feel a part of every new dealing he landed was a satisfying feeling knowing our property was in the eyes of so many new home buyers.

Sandeep had shown excellent service from start to finish. The valuation prepared was spot on, photos beautiful. Viewing service convenient and once offers started he stayed on top of the whole transaction the whole time. We had full confidence in Sandeep and grateful for the knowledge he gave.

We were really happy with the service we got from Jared Coosley and the team. They worked hard to make sure our house was marketed really well (it looked so good in the advertising that we were tempted to keep it). We felt really well communicated with so we knew what was going on with both our house and the market. Ultimately we feel we got the best sale price and that's what really counts. Jared also went the extra mild and helped us buy our next house at auction. His advise really helped on the auction night.
