As this was the only home we have owned and never sold before we were a little nervous, especially with the uncertain housing market and drop in house prices. Hammy was so helpful and made it a stress-free process. We were unsure about whether an auction was the best option, but Hammy proved this was the way to go. Awesome marketing strategy, with great photos and personalised video (featuring our beautiful fur baby Bintang) to showcase our house perfectly. He gave us a precise game plan to get the property sold in the shortest time period but with the best results.
