One hears about sales commissions based on % of sales price. In our case the payment to Ray White was a flat rate, we think a reasonable rate. Ammy has provided us a great service. As we are first home buyers we didn’t know much about the market and what house we could afford. Ammy always kept us informed. We met him 5 years ago shortly after we moved into our home when he came doorknocking and he has built an excellent relationship with us so when we decided it was time to move to a bigger home there was no doubt who we would list with.
