I called Cathy and Sam on a Saturday to do a general enquiry for listing our investment property in Takanini and on the same night, Cathy and Sam came to our house (45kms away from Takanini) with a professionally done marketing package, gave us useful information and promised us to prepare the property for listing since we live so far away from the property. Guess what, they did what they said! They arranged all the tradies for us, they regularly went to the property and checked on the progress of the preparation, they helped us with the rubbish bin, helped us checking the mail box. During the listing period, they locked up and looked after the property with 100% attention to details, they gave us regular updates, sorted out issue etc. Even after the property is sold, Krishneel from Team Cathy helped us with some final R&M. In the past 13 years, I have dealt with a lot of Real Estate agents in various areas in Auckland, but Team Cathy is the best as they do what they said! I trust them! Highly recommend Team Cathy, 5 stars team!

Very devastating experience in regards dealing with selling agent. Misleading information was provided to purchaser. Failed to vacate the house even after the settlement was completed. Property left in worst state, not even vacuumed. Caused one week delayed to move in for the new owners. Lack of communication with vendors resulted in complete waste of purchaser’s time and money.

Worst rental management I ever seen. Property manager's very confused and don't know what they dealing with. I been Interacted with Kim and Jithin who's miscommunication made us suffer in last 1 year. In short, Firstly they will say yes everything (rent, electricity, wifi) included when we moved to place they say o no we made mistake only wifi included but we are happy to pay 1st 2 month electricity bill.we said ok.then after 3 months wifi payments to us no payments paid till now.plus first 2 month electricity is not paid too.then they said owner is happy to break fixed term you guys can move out if you want we said ok.we moved out our bond got refunded after 2 months of moving out after 2-3 visits to their office and numerous emails and phones calls. They were so messed up in account keeping and made everyday story to eat our leftover money to their side. Soo many emails and messages concluded last week and they send email saying go to tribunal we are very sure we will win this case.and stopped replying for messages Our tendency ended on 11th Jan and our bond got refunded in March and in April when I am asking for my electricity and wifi bill they suppose to pay they said we cut down money on 1 day extra plus one toilet roll holder was broken. My money due is $659 does this make sense?

We approached Ray White to sell our house years ago. Though they sold our house for an ok sale. We really regretted using them. I would not use them again.

* Just before the house went to market. The photographer came to take photos of the house. The agent's secretary also showed up. The secretary demanded that we pay the full amount of the photographers invoice. This was even before the house was listed, or sold. We stood our ground and paid when the house sold.

* There were three agents assigned to the house. It was very obvious, and very disappointing that though we were the vendor. The agents were very much for the Asian buyers.

* The chattels that were included were noted in the contract. Upon selling an item that was not included in the contract. The agent then says where is that item. I said it was sold. Her reply was. Well, I will check the contract. Nothing she could do about it though. Was not included in the chattels.

* On auction night. I was seated with my partner at the back of the room. I was not impressed that the man that is at the head of this branch. Without asking pushed my chair slightly forward as he was walking past behind me. He did not say excuse me, or anything. Good to know that's how you treat a vendor that gave you $20,000 in commission fees.

* After the house sold. I was approached on my lunch break by one of the agents. Was told that we had to fill out their form, as it affects their ratings. I said. I would have a look at it. Never did. You got the commission fee. That's all that we needed to do.

Firstly thank you so much to Gabriel and his team mate Jasreen for assisting us to sold our first home throughout selling process and settlement process without any hassles and make our dream come true! It's not an easy task at all when we need to sell our house and buying the next one at the same time. But they provided their professional skills, flexibility to adjust to make it all work out for us! Just like a personal tailored to your needs! Even though the property markets now pretty tough but they tried all their best to make it happened for us even during the stormy weather if there are buyers wanting to private viewing they never hesitate to bring them through as long as we are available. Good experience, but research the location, property as some information is left out, ask as many questions if you are unsure.

Although this office sells a lot of properties, I find that certain agents have difficulty in responding to enquires and only respond when I follow up a few days later.
