Stay away from Robyn, at the start she was great but after the paperwork signed, forget about customer service.
Rude, lack of response on requests, having to follow her just to name a few things.
I don’t like leaving reviews unless they are positive but given people will trust this person to manage peoples homes I felt I needed to.

Dont even bother with Ray White Takanini rental property management. THEY WILL ALWAYS BE ON THE OWNERS SIDE. 1st priority for them is Owner and very less priority towards tenants. This is on behalf of my family friend I can't say names and as they might get notice to vacate.

Bought a house and agent was Nihal Nizar. Just noticed he was constantly on the phone from the time we went to the open home until the final inspection. I never saw any other agents like that. Just asked the agent to contact vendors to clean the house especially the deck before we move in, but just too many excuses so I just told our lawyer to contact vendor's lawyer. We were promised a gift after the sale was completed. Not really after the gift now but agent doesn't have to say if he cant commit.

Raywhite takanini is very responsible. The staff (Scott hickey) is very patient with the tenant and carefully answers the tenant’s questions. The staff is very friendly and the management system of the company.

I dealt with Gary Singh and Gugan Dhillon who seemed fine to start with and there was an agreement that they have the vendors remove all their rubbish before I placed the payment through for the purchase. I get to the property yesterday and was met with piles of rubbish and as the agent was there Gagan, I asked him to contact the previous owners. He told me that rubbish was now mine and left the property. So it is ok to be nice till they have had the settlement done then treat you like rubbish once it is completed. What two faced agents and will never purchase from these people again. So beware potential buyers, it is all about getting your money and not about any service.
