I am very grateful to JACK HU as my property manager, who will always be very patient to communicate with me all the details of the lease, and solve related problems very effectively and quickly and promptly. A great property manager.

I have been the main tenant in a property managed by Ray White Taylor Rentals for the last 3 years and the service is very personal, understandable and helpful. Directly dealing with the same property manager over the years, makes the experience reliable and stable and, specifically I would like to thanks Simon Wang as he has been always very helpful, trying to solve any the problems that we have, dealing with the landlord and us in a respectful manner.

We have worked along side the team at Ray White Taylor Rentals for near on four years and have found the team to be very professional and friendly. The knowledge they have is invaluable. For 20 years I have been with Ray White Taylor Rentals. I had medical issues with my family so had to leave NZ to be in UK but hoping soon to retire back to NZ. During this long period I have had absolute trust and faith in the management of my rental property with them. Renting a brand new Auckland City apartment (59 France) from mid October 2020 was a really rough time in the market for apartments, not too mention as 30+ apartments became available at the same time in the same location. Vicky Wilson worked tirelessly to find the right tenants for our apartment, changing strategy and marketing approaches throughout the process to meet the needs of both the market, and us as property owners. Vicky was diligent and flexible holding viewings across the week to assist potential applicants looking for their new home. We were pleased that not only was it rented within a month of advertising, we were one of the first, if not the first apartment to be rented. I would highly recommend both Vicky Wilson, and Ray White Taylor Rentals for both property owners and tenants alike. You will find a smooth professional service, friendly staff (Amanda Greenwood is a keeper too), and an easy process leaving you to get on with what keeps you busy, and your property manager to get on with their area of expertise specializing in Property Management. Would not recommend Victoria Wilson. Only responds to you if SHE thinks you're "good" enough for the lease. I'll take my money elsewhere:)

I had Anna who had been our property manager for a couple of years who was amazing but sadly gone back to Australia, now we have Lauren and as great names go has been just as amazing. I have been a Ray White Taylor tenant for 18 months working with Vicky as our property manager. It has been a pleasure to work with her. I have never had problems with Vicky, she does an amazing job as a property manager. She is very professional friendly and reliable. She quickly responds to issues and always gets problems fixed on time. For example, I sent her a request and she called me back after 10 minutes with a reply. She helped me a lot and for that I am very grateful to her.

I also would like to thank Mary Taylor for her help. I woke up without power and wifi on New year's eve, called Mary. She responded very quickly, within 15 minutes an electrician came to fix the problem. I don't know what I could have done without her help. I can not thank her enough for her quick response

Made the first mistake of locking myself out of the property I've been staying in this year. After calling Simon and getting a very quick response, I was able to meet Mary at the offices to pick up a spare key very helpful for a Sunday!

Simon has been managing our tenants for many years from Ray White Taylor Rentals. I rent the place I am living 2 years ago from Simon Wang, it’s very nice to communicate with him, he’s being very efficient and professional to deal with any property related problem all this time, also he’s fast response and considerate.
Although I am not the property owner, but I believe he must doing a very good job on that side too.
With he’s hard working and great service, I think he’s the one capable to make both tenants and landlords happy.
