Hanging on to a rental flat in Auckland can be stressful in this crazy market at the moment. As tenants, we are often one knot from the end of our rope, but I haven't felt unsettled for the last 5 yrs. Ray White were friendly and approachable, until I moved out and the incompetence of my agent was exposed, he neglected to have me sign the bond release form and it took 2 months to receive the bond refund.he never admitted responsibility for this but apologised on behalf of other people who weren't at fault.i borrowed the bond for my new house and couldn't keep payments and had to sell my car and other things to pay it back while I waited for my refund.this concluded my otherwise neutral experience of having 3 monthly inspections for a mouldy uninsulated hole for $260pw for 8 years.the owner of the company saw this review and feigned shock at the suggestion it wasn't resolved when they came to drop me the form to sign, which incidentally had the wrong lodgment number on it, my shock at an eight week delay had almost worn off by the time I got my money back.although it was refunded, it still isn't resolved to my satisfaction as I had to endure financial hardship due to no fault of my own.
I hope one day to not be at the mercy of landlords and agents who are parasites on the unfortunate who have to pretend they have a job and write references in order to be not homeless

I can highly recommend Anna at Taylor Rentals, we have just moved from a property under her management. We are both landlords and tenants ourselves and from both perspectives we were happy with her professionalism and how easy to deal with she is. As a tenant it's been a pleasure working with Amanda Greenwood at Ray White over the past year. Amanda is always quick to respond to enquires, professional and genuinely seems to care about both the owners and tenant.

Stay away form Adela Hu, we are happy from New Zealand Justice system after Tenancy Tribunal Hearing we got our Bond, she has lied in court that we broke window glass intentionally and we clearly told her that unfortunately during shifting it happened, Judge ask her but she could not justify this claim. Luckily truth came out when she presented our email and its always covered by Insurance company Other issue Like cleaning and hanging new curtains she charged us $250 and it was completely unfair and court ordered charge $50 that is fair and we told her just charge $50 but she was not agreed. Regarding we hanging Tv on wall unfortunately we dont have any written proof thats why we paid for that, we was allowed verbally that we can upgrade or change setting. Also want to aware this company CEO we had conversation on phone but we explained her and emails regarding this simple issue but she was not really showed her interest and offered us to come in office and talk to Adela Hu. We told her we work full time and you can solve this issue easily its not rocket science but we not get any reply.yes we noticed in court our hearing there was total 5 hearing regarding Tenancy Tribunal and two was belong to Ray white so we can guess what is reason.we Really Appropriated Newzealand Justice system

Simon Wang has been giving me the best rental services I have ever experienced. He is very nice and responsive for any questions even though that is minor. Very respectful to his clients regardless of age groups. It is highly reliable that my next apartment that will be introduced by him would be great.

I have been lucky enough to have Simon from Ray White help me find the perfect home to rent with my family. He was immediately available when we had to call him for an emergency with the house and he came up with a solution straight away. He was always professional but has a kind approach. One of the reasons we have stayed so long at the property is having a great property manager.compared to others we have been with her service has been excellent. When we have an issue or a query she responds immediately and they are always addressed.it has made renting a great experience.
