Great company, great people, brilliant service. Rubbish Direct have been our waste management company for 12 years, since our building opened, and the service has been consistently excellent.

Rubbish Direct have responded very quickly today with the Invoice. Many Thanks girls and I hope the new Invoice system doesn't give you too much grief.

Beware of Rubbish Direct. They have a clause in their contract that automatically signs you up for another 12 months without being able to exit unless you give them 60 days notice (prior to the anniversary date).

Power companies and gyms are not allowed to get away with this yet Rubbish Direct are happy to participate in unfriendly and uncompetitive business practispr.

I would be lost without Las, who has helped tremendously sorting out client requests for myself and our clients. When Las is not available then it's great having Jasmines help as well at the drop of a hat.

My workplace uses the Rubbish Direct document destruction bin service and we are happy customers. Inexpensive, quick to respond, and lovely office staff.

Friendly to deal with and nothing is too much trouble. Also used skip bin service and delivery and collection instructions are always followed. Vaosa is always pkeasant when he changes out our bin service - definitely would recommend to others - great CSR team too

Fantastic service, the front of house team you deal with over the phone are fantastic, its refreshing to talk to some one with common sense and a will to actually help, the accounts team a great to, handling any payment inquiries.
