I was wandering around my living room and discovered my floor was very squishy! This is never a good sign so I called seal who were very kind and face- timed me to talk me through isolating the water to stop the leak till the plumber could attend.the plumber arrived at exactly (more or less to the minute they said they would. And fixed the problem. Thanks so much again, I can confirm my floor has regained it's solid state!

Initially a great response but ended up with a bad smell after the repair and wanted to charge for another call out which we didn't appreciate so went elsewhere. There was no smell before they came to repair another part of the toilet. Disappointed.

We had toilet repairs and a filter change on an outdoor pump which was firmly stuck. The response to my request was quickly answered and arranged a time for the guys to check it out. When they arrived, they quickly assessed what needed to be done and got it all fixed within the morning.
It was all quick and painless, with great pricing.

Requested to go around and fix poor. Pressure in taps and shower. Fixed the taps and did not check the shower. Went back the next day to fix the shower then charged me again.
They then accused me of touching the shower, it was my tenants place and I had not been in the house for 6 months.
Very unprofessional and aggressive.

At 5pm, after a digger accidentally cut through our water service line and a repair wasn't able to be made we called Seal who were able to book us in for first thing the next morning.
The team arrived on time, gave us good advice (the pipe was very old and it was better value to replace the whole line with a larger, modern pipe and add a valve that we didn't have), completed the work quickly, left the site tidy and were friendly.
We've used Seal before and would again.

The Seal team were amazing to deal with, quick, efficient and really pleasant. They fixed the problem in no time and our shower is 100% better - wish we had called them months ago!
