I contacted Steve at Seal to enquire about replacing a toilet in a home we had just purchased. He took the time to explain the process and provide a viable solution over the phone right away. Once on site Steve checked all our gas fittings and during that process discovered a leak under the house. He wrote a detailed report outlining his findings and proposed solutions. His team undertook the replacement of galvanised pipes in a fast and efficient manner. They had all of our jobs completed in time for us to move as planned. The team were very trustworthy and tidy. They took the time to answer questions and explain what they were doing at all times. I wouldn't hesitate to use Steve and the Seal Plumbing and Gas team again.

I called Seal Plumbing and Gas because our hot water wasn’t working. The same day I called, a technician came over to check it out.
He was thorough, efficient and very polite. Despite the problem being a minor issue he showed me how to reset the water temperature and we were very happy to have hot water again. Thanks!

I needed a plumber gas fitter to disconnect sink and gas hob for kitchen renovation. I found Dan to be good. Communication excellent. However I was very disappointed when I got the invoice. I was charged $84 for van use…no van employed and $95 for gas certificate. These were charges I wasn’t expecting and seem excessive to me when I am paying $108 per hour for site and travel time. I tried to discuss with Stephen who just referred me to t & c

I saw Seal plumbing website as I was desperate the water pipe was leaking, I immediately made a phone call and the one on the phone was very professional and informed to fix the problem in the morning as it was in the evening. As per appointment in the morning Seal Plumbing fixed the leakage. I'm very satisfied with the professional work done. I would highly recommend them and will use them again.

We had a leak showing at the meter with a red herring leak in our driveway so thought we had a leaking mains line. Seal plumbing apon inspection refered us to a leak detection company that proved the red herring leak was not ours but diagnostic test proved small leak at toilet.
Seal Plumbing returned and fixed the toilet leak in a quick and professional manner.
If the initial leak test had not been called for by Seal Plumbing we could have been up for a huge bill chasing what looked like a leak in our mains feed line to our house.
My own observation when looking for a plumber on the web was to be well impressed with their web functionality. It’s the most user friendly one I have seen to date.

I definitely recommend Seal Plumbing and Gas. I had a leaking hot water cylinder and they came out the same morning I called to take a look. They quickly assessed and recommended replacing it with a continuous hot water unit (since the cylinder was on its last legs anyway) and had the new unit installed and working the next day. Fast, reliable and responsive - the team at Seal Plumbing have all the traits you look for in a good tradesman.
