Love this branch! Great service, very friendly! Would definitely recommend them. Sadly their Head Office lets the whole company down. 0800 bedammed. And the website isn't much better. This company needs to replace the branch office staff and let customers ring the branch they wish to use. ASAP.

I took my car in for a stone chip repair and when I picked it up the stone chip repair was this horrible green colour. I asked him about it and he said that just how it comes out sometimes. I’ve had plenty of stonechip repairs and have never had this. My mother Inlaw went into there today for the same thing and she stopped in to show me on the way home and once again same thing. She is also really disappointed. Novus said that it should not look like that.

Last week I took my car in for a repair, the lovely girl working was very kind and had a bit of spear time so vacuumed my car and gave it a wipe down, such a small gesture on a Friday afternoon made my whole week and had one less job to do over the weekend.

The biggest waste of time i have ever experienced from a Business - i cant even make this up!
Now i understand human error and miscommunication but this was a right joke!
2 large stone chips on windscreen so booked online for a windscreen replacement for the following week, i was on way to the appointment only to receive a text staff were sick and windscreen would be rebooked for another time, annoying but understandable, they rebooked me for following week the time didnt suit so pushed out by another week to a day that suited (by this time small chips is now a large crack)
2nd appointment booked 9am-12pm - show up at 9 am, go to cafe over road to work while i wait, staff calls at 11am to let me know they have the wrong windscreen! 2 hours after i dropped it off - again very annoying but rebooked again for the following week. They assured me they had all the measurements and info on my car in order to get right the next appointment.
3rd appointment TODAY booked 9am-12pm - now 4 weeks since initial appointment and the crack has moved half way across the windscreen, drop off at smith and smith Albany, go to the mall, the staff call at 11.30 to let me know they yet again have the wrong windscreen and can not replace it? !
3 morning off work and still a cracked windscreen - i go to collect and the staff have cracked the screen in 2 other places now and all the plastic lugs off the side bars that screw into the door frame are missing. When questioned the staff member told me the windscreen is just going to replaced anyway so not to worry about it - im sorry? You return my car back in the condition you received it in. Not to mention the comments that the insurance company wouldn't want to pay out for a genuine range rover windscreen for my car - well they do as they approved in an hour with another company

Overall a terrible experience and i understandably have booked elsewhere with Archibald and Shorter to replace the windscreen instead

Paid for a window chip.the staff says its fixed and its up to WOF standards.came home and the chip still is there and extra cracks all over the side. WOF cannot be done as the window is not up to standard. Called Manager and requested my money back as the JOB did not get done. Manager won't refund any bit as they have DONE the work. Manager says I need to pay another $900 to replace the window as it has more cracks in it. If I can give -10000000 stars I would. These guys are Scammers. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE but these scammers

Went here the first time at 1: 30pm, waited there for 2.5 hours then they told me that the windshield that they have, have scratches on it. Booked for the second time, went there and they told me I don’t have any appointments book for today.
Total waste of time dealing with them.

Not professional.
First appointment they didn't have the right colour. I rebooked a second appt. The day before they call leaving a msg to reschedule the appointment because they weren't going to receive the glass on time for the appointment.

My partner had taken a day off so we ended up doing it ourselves and saved 300$ at the same time.

Well.smashed windscreen whilst replacing the cracked one which resulted in new tracks being required, because the originals were damaged as a result of the smashed windscreen.three appointments later and we still don't have those new tracks which has now cost us additional charges to re-WOF the business vehicle as the 28 day window has been and gone. Still waiting for those new tracks.its been 5 weeks.they need to pull the new windscreen out to replace the old tracks.oh and three different invoice totals to be paid.confusion reigns.being polite here.

Went in at 3pm and their bell rang. I waited at the reception. I was seen by one of the staff, could be the manager, but went on with his work. Female customer came in, manager saw her and attended to her straight away. I had to tell one of the staff that I have a booking at 3pm before I was attended.
As the work on my car finished, my daughter and I went out, and my daughter tripped on the way out (they have a step which is a hazard) and fell. 2 staff saw us and didn't bat an eye. No regards to customers.

The guy came across a bit wrong. Then I read the reviews and canceled the booking as I dont want the same experience. There are much higher rated places out there with just as many reviews.

Someone recommended this branch. I should have read the reviews. We drove 3 times each trip over an hour. The employees do not care. They don't greet you. According to customer service there was a "glitch, " so our windshield wasn't even there when we were reschedule for a repair. They could have told us even that same day. I guess they don't look at what jobs they are doing that day. So everything is very unprofessional with this company. Glad the actual windshield replacement was fast so I can get out of there an NEVER visit this place again.

Disgraceful. Booked car n a week ago. Wasted 1 and quarter hours through traffic to get there (North Shore William Pickering Drive) only to wait 2 hours and be told they had the wrong windscreen. The crack on the screen is now 3 x worse and the fittings were poorly replaced where they could have ripped off in the wind on the motorway. Expressed my displeasure only to be told Human era happens sometimes. They advertise 10/10 satisfaction, failed miserably.

Kept to the timing. Did a good job of the chipped windscreen. Also cleaned the windows and carpet. Friendly service. Only provide call centre contact.
