Replaced a broken drivers side window. Did it quickly but left a sizable amount of broken glass inside the door so it rattles every time it's closed. Also minor misalignment of the glass causing the widow to screech and retract on occasion.

Worst service ever my daughter booked and drove there twice 40 min drive each way but windscreen not there so still not sorted and they wanted her to rebook a third time now taking business elsewhere. Shocking customer service

Fitted a new windscreen for me. Great price. Much cheaper that novas. The glass wasn't sent from the depot so the fitting was delayed by about 2 hours. The team worked hard to get the glass in and reduce the delay to about an hour.

Remember it works on you phoning there 0 800, number to book your vehicle in for glass work, you can't just pitch up, works on insurance companies, have your policy number handy,
Once your all booked in its all great, will be worked on in a professional manner, prepare for time, it is a time consuming process, windscreen replacement can take three hours, crack and chip repair possibly 1: 5 to 2 hours, bring a book

The best service that I ever had in NZ! Perfect booking system, and on time job done, and best communications with clients!
I am quite surprised at the existence of this quality company in NZ!

Great service from the team in Albany! Not only did they solve my smashed window dilemma, but they also vacuumed up the glass and left treats! What a lovely breath of fresh air after being broken into! Thanks again!

Good service at service depot in Albany. Interesting how you can book on line, then get a call back to confirm the online booking and the next day you'll get a call confirming the booking. Seems inefficient. Friendly staff

Polite, informative, and flexible service. Specifically, didn't make me feel like an inconvenience for showing up an hour early to drop my car off - went straight in to the process. Car was ready 90 minutes early too. Car had a quick vacuum too - that's appreciated.

They gave me a quote within a few minutes while I was on the line, unlike novus who never called me back. The supplier gave them slightly wrong sized glass so there was a delay, but they put a temporary plastic window in so I could actually drive my car again which was great until it got fixed. The guy did a good job, even vacuumed my car of glass for me. They also replaced my wipers. I'm used to mechanics always changing the blades so I wondered if it was really necessary or just something they all do but wow no regrets there, this must be the first time my wipers work properly without screeching. So pleased. The overall bill ended up being less than the quote even including the wipers so I was stoked, definitely recommend, will visit again next time someone smashes my window lol.

Not anywhere as good as it used to be. I wouldn't recommend to anyone and will not use them again especially Henderson branch.
Simply a bad experience with staff poor service and communication.

At the first time, I dropped my car off at the bookes time for a replacement windscreen and they was called a hour later to say the new windscreen was broken. I would have to re book.

The second time, i dropped my car off again, a hours passed with no contact and l went there. They had not even thoughed the my car and they said they was going to work. When they started to work, they found a bid screch on the new windscreen. So i would have to re book again. They promised when i did re book, they started to work at the book time.

The third, l believe them. I dropped my car off at the booked time and i was waiting the waiting room. After 2hours, i asked the workman how much work done? Oh my Goodness.they hadn't even touched it. I am very disappointed. The manerger said, it will take 3hours. He didn't say sorry and rude. They are liars. Finally the work finished totally 3hours. I wasted my time.

0/10 Would not visit again. Very disappointed with Customers service.

Useless. Woudnt go there again. I arrived at 1.40pm and left at 5.30 with an unfinished job, stereo wasnt connected and glass still had film on it, i was given hand full of razor blades. During job his mates turned up and he spent 1.05 hours talking and moaning to them, even went through my glovebox. He advised me that he didnt have time to complete job because he was missing out on his drinking time with mates. I paid him $30 extra above of price quoted ($120) to buy him a beer. I have dealt with S&S for years. He knows who he is, sack him, scrouges like him only tarnish your good name.

Possibly the worst customer service I've ever had. Took three weeks to get my glass in and then we find that the glass is for a different car. They promised to put me on high priority for the new set of glass. Over the next 5 weeks I have rang the head office no less than ten times chasing up where my replacement glass is. No one has contacted me. Eventually I beg the customer service rep to ring the branch instead of emailing. They cannot do that. I have to drive 45 mins to the branch to actually talk to someone. They have has the glass for a few weeks but haven't told me. The service people were rude, growled at me across the carpark for stepping into the workshop to give them my keys (there was no signage to tell me this was not okay) and on this second visit I'm told they cannot repair the chip in my windscreen (tertiary to the main booking) as they are too busy so now I have to come back a third time. I have lost almost three hours of my workday so far. A baffling level of incompetence from all sides, I would not recommend these clowns to anyone.

Had a few problems here. First they fixed the worst chip to our windscreen good then made the smaller chip worse then it was. We decided to have the screen replaced but have it done at Smith & Smith Albany, so booked a time and when we turned up for the new screen they did'nt know anything about it. This is despite there main office ringing the day before to confirm we were going to turn up. We also asked if they had got the right screen as we have sensors in our screen and they had got the wrong one previously and why they were trying to fix our original screen. They said yes they had the right screen this time. So for a third time we made another appointment back at the original Smith & Smith in Moselle Ave Henderson. This time after a small glitch (the screen had'nt yet arrived) they sorted it and got it in.

Amazing Service and Great Team! Windshield was booked for replacement and when i picked up my car i was surprised to see how clean the interior was and there was free lollies inside. It's the little things like these that makes them stand out from the rest. Keep up the good work!

I had been told the windscreen would need replacing elsewhere.but they managed a speedy cheaper repair instead.vacuumed my car and left me sweets! Excellent service and very friendly
