Thank you smith and smith. I had a chip in my windscreen and dropped in to book an appointment they did it then and there. Staff and service was great.

Terrible and poor organization. Book them week before but on the day so many excuses and They waste my whole day. Three appointments rescheduled in 30mints and finally their people are sick away. Wont recommend at all.

Booked via state insurance they booked us 2 weeks after the damage was occurred. They had plenty of time to order the windscreen. No courtesy call to advice appointment has been shifted or that the screen has not yet arrived. I traveled from Te kauwhata to get no service done. This is very pathetic.now I'm second day and the Technician Did the measurements of my window and advice it was the wrong one they have ordered ordered ask me to reschedule Did the measurements of my window and advice it was the wrong one they have ordered ordered ask me to reschedule. Asked the technician that I would like to speak I'd like to speak to the manager hes he said all managers are working from home Then I said I live so far away I'm not coming back again for no job He called the call center to get a clarity and again nothing was done, i requested to now do mobile visit and instant replay was we don't travel that far. With me responding if I can travel 2 days in a row to the branch and get nothing done by your company why can't you. Had no response. This this truly very unprofessional. I haven't been given a father booking which is not at all right. I will take this matter forward.was sent back home

Great service and team there with clear communication. Only fault I can say is all booking is done by headoffice in a totally different location and so this is a deterrent for face to face customers.

If I could give a 0 star I would unfortunately 1 is the minimum. First time going to the manukau store and just terrible experience. I took my car in for a windscreen replacement. It needed to also be seen by the delearship to get camera recalibration done. The first time they didn't fix it properly as the windscreen still had a crack when we went to pick it up. The second time when I went to down to the dealership to pick it up, I was advised that no one from smith n smith had told them about dropping of the vehicle and the required repair. They simply parked the car at the dealership n left. Only for me to arrive at 5 to find out the assigned job had never happened.
Absolutely pathetic service and carelessness on smith n smith's part. First time going and this will definitely be the last. Save yourself a lot of trouble and time if you want things done efficiently and promptly.

So impressed with the prompt, friendly and speedy service. I took my Murano in this morning to get a windscreen replaced, the man who met me was so friendly and very caring, making sure the replacement came with rubber seals before taking my car. My windscreen was fixed early allowing me time to do what I needed before heading home. I felt so safe knowing that the man asked me questions directing to my safety first. Definitely a must go too business to get your windscreen fixed or replaced. Highly recommend this place.

Great staff but drove all the way from Pukekohe to Manukau for glass replacement but glass was not there. It was delivered to Pukekohe. What a waste of day

Terrible service, was told to take my small truck there as it was the only branch that could fit my truck, drove for over an hour to get there only to be told they couldn't fit it in to their workshop that's two branches now and the same thing. Angry and disappointed! Two days loss of earnings and loss of diesel and RUC.

Waste my time after waiting 4 days for booking he wasnt sure if he had windscreen but had some $25 each window wipers then 3 hrs later said to much rust under screen cant do the job needs to go panel beater. I picked up 5min wire brushing later and no rust! Then didnt have time to do it!
Called another company and 10am next day he came to me and done the job while i carried on at work. To top it off he was $100 CHEAPER!
Never again I suspect didnt have windscreen and just made up excuse after excuse and wasted my whole day.

Appointment is booked two weeks before. I dropped my car keys morning 8 and said sorry we don't have a glass. I haven't received any call text or email before booked appointment. Very bad experience

Had a chip that needed to be repaired asap. Only S&S you could get a booking very next day. Whole bunch of customers at 8am, and they had the job on my car done before 9 which was the time allocated in the email. Absolute top notch service thanks guys

I took my vehicle to have a side window replaced, so the vehicle was by no means secure. I was told they would park it in an unsecured area until they were ready to do it. I was not impressed, my appointment was 1130, and it was after this time, I felt that the vehicle should have been in the workshop a secure area from the appointment time. Left without the window repair, went to another branch where the service was excellent. Shoddy customer service I do not recommend this branch.

Booked through my insurer well on advance of my date.showed up only to be told that they couldn't do the work as they tried my land line and did not get answered and left no message. They did not speak to my insurers to get email or mobile number.

It took 3 attempts & 3 weeks to get the windscreen fixed. First mobile, couldn't complete as no cover. (think they should have asked if cover was available at the time of booking)
Finally had to take it to their Manukau store at appointed time, technician away sick. 3rd appointment was told 2 - 3 hours, it was close to 4 hours.

Had a minor issue upon having mine done which was the windscreen washer piping wasnt plugged back together after the job was done. Upon getting in touch with the 0800 number, they wanted photos to be sent back of the problem. However, I managed to trace where it reconnected too & done it myself. Apart from this, they had happy go lucky team members, free wifi upon waiting in waiting room, as well as complementary lollies sitting on console in car upon job completion
