Stars might change depending on the outcome. Was told a chip was repairable by a guy at Manukau. Booked appointment for next day (which they made me call 0800 for), and finished work early for it, to be told when I arrive by a different guy that he isn't sure it is repairable. Then they both proceeded to disagree in front of me about it. Waiting on the final decision now.

Screen booked for 9am, asked twice how long before the car is ready, both said 15 minutes, said i had another appt, finally got my vehicle at 10 05 am very slow service, for 1 stone chip, trying to sell you wiper blades first

Awesome, friendly service and staff. Had my windscreen replaced and initially planned for a 3hr 15 mins wait but they completed the job within 2 hours and a bit.
They also had the decency to clean up my car mats - I'm guessing because the job got messy.

Really positive experience, after being mucked around by another company these guys managed to fit me in at short notice and get the job done!

I had a chip in the windscreen of my Volvo xc60 that prevented me from getting a Warrant of Fitness, and there was no shop on Waiheke Island that could replace it. S&S were so busy at all locations that I had to wait a bit, but did get an appointment at the Manukau shop a week or so out. They did a perfect job, got me out in time to make the ferry back to Waiheke, and even vacuumed the interior of my car! Great service with a few lollies thrown in! Thanks.

The process of booking my appointment was very easy. The staff were very helpful. My car was ready an hour earlier than expected. I would definitely recommend them to anyone requiring a windscreen repair.

Had vehicle ready ahead of specified time. Seem to have done a good job interior and exterior trim fitted correctly and in good order.

Terrible communication. My husband phoned with what sounded like a great deal to replace windscreen, the quote he was given grew by $1,100 on arrival.

Good thing the staff member on reception that day recommended my husband shop around as quote "I recommend shopping around, were one of the most expensive options" he took your advice and found a great repair option.

Got my car window replaced in two hours. Joe was great but he would have welcome their customer with bit of a smile

Absolute joke. Small crack needed repairing. Booking appointment the operator made sure my windscreen was repairable by giving a checklist on the phone.

Young worker looked at my chip and said it was too big to repair but could get a new windscreen and quoted me $300 installed. I walked inside to arrange and then quote turned into $1,400?

Bottom line went to Quality Windscreens on Harris Rd, the guy came to my home and repaired in 30mins for $110. Never use these guys.

Had a broken windscreen. They arranged for a replacement to be fitted at my house to save me waiting around in their workshop. They are very competent.

Prompt service and good workmanship. Waiting lounge for customers could do with an air conditioner and a bit of tidy up.

I went to get the windscreen of my car repaired here. Very friendly and informed staff. They treat u very well and take every minute details of the windscreen to ensure correct glass is ordered. The branch is usually busy and u get waiting of sometimes of a week.

I have never experienced such fantastic customer service ever! Initially came in to deal with a chip in my windscreen and they went above and beyond checking my wiper blade, replacing my wiper blade, cleaning the screen inside and out etc. I wish I had the caught the name of the gentleman who assisted me with my car, he's an asset to the company and he made my morning:)

Worst experience. Didnt refund me my cash which i paid also havnt changed my windscreen took off my windscreen rubber and there was rust they haven't informed me about it before they even work on the car. Worst ever experience

Very friendly contact centre when booking for service, i think her name was Sheryl. She assessed windscreen damage while on phone before i went to manukau branch where service center was likewise friendly and helpful. Getting windscreen chip fixed is easy like all blacks winning against ausi, took like 45 mins or less. Great work!
