Very strange procedure, I made a booking that the inspection date is a week later. The next day, my insurer ring me said I have an open claim from Smith & Smith. How come you claim on my behalf without seeing my vehicle? I tried to contact your 0800 number to cancel my booking, no one answer, so I have to contact my insurer to withdraw that claim. That small chip has been fixed by other experts.

Awesome service. Arived there midday Saturday. I was told the job would take 3 hours, I was only there for 2. Fast friendly and professional. Craig was great. Highly Recommended.

Horrible experience. How a simple windscreen stone chip repair turns into a mess:
- walked in & booked an appointment, no worries there;
- three days after I get a weird SMS that says something about completing my booking. I call back only to find out my booking was cancelled without nobody knowing why or how;
- I rebook and show up 2 days later, car gets taken in to do the job. I ask the person if they know which stone chips need to be fixed and they say 'yes obviously! ' (I have multiple stone chips on my windscreen) ;
- I keep checking on them from the waiting room, I notice they are fixing the wrong stone chip, I tell them so they apologize and start fixing the right one;
- job is done and now the first stone chip they were wrongfully fixing has turned into a very visible crack that wasn't there before;
- I make the guy that did the job notice about it. He explains to me how they actually fixed both stone chips, but when I highlight the fact that my windscreen seems to be cracked more than before I get told nahhh you be fine mate.

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS! You'd be better off going somewhere else!

Great. Would appreciate a call as soon as my vehicle is ready without me having to follow it up. Great customer service by staff on the phone and especially in the workshop. Really happy.

If I could give less than one star I would. Turned up for 2 scheduled appointments and both times had not been notified beforehand that the job wouldn’t be able to be done. Went to collect vehicle at arranged time, still not started. Cost time and money having the vehicle off the road. Impossible to contact and the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Absolute joke of a company.

Replaced the front wind shield, great experience from setting appointment to getting work done.

Great service and professionalism from Paul (Henderson branch). Great communication to make changes on the day and completed the job on time with great chat and professionalism.

He is a great fellow who would make any company look good. I hope he gets recognised for his great service which also makes Smith and Smith brand more appealing.

Bradley from smith n smith henderson meticulously took his time to kindly explain what the cause and damage was and the procedure he was going implement. Extremely friendly and excellent reliable service. 11/10 highly recommend.

The worst ever. Terrible job and poor attitude.
I booked a windscreen replacement on09/12/2022. Got the earliest appointment on 22/12/2022. On 21/12/2022, at evening, they called me said my appointment had to be pushed to 06/01/2023. I had one day off from work for 22/12/2022 already.
I couldn’t get another day off on 06/01/2023, so I left my car there and told them I would pick up the next day. The next day was Saturday. They didn’t tell me they close at 12: 30pm on Saturday. I went at 12: 40pm. They closed. Today when I told the manager about that. He said: ”No one tells us lots of things. Why didn’t you pick up on the day? ” It’s because you guys wasted my day off. Now I don’t have time anymore! Manager then said: “This’s life. ” I had to take Uber for everything for the whole weekend, and He made it sound like it was my fault!
When I picked up my car on Monday. The front merrier supporter wasn’t plugged in properly. The mirror was swinging around. When I’m driving I couldn’t see anything from the mirror. Was very dangerous. The manager could not fix it. Told me they will call me to come back get it fixed. I asked him if I have to leave my car here again. He said: ”hopefully not. ” Was pretty much just telling me that it wasn’t their problem.
They also broke my decoration that was hanging under my mirror. The manager said: ”It was about to broke already. You also supposed to take it off. ” I told him no one told me to take them off. He then said: ”No one tells us life. ”
So everything they’ve done wrong, was all my fault? !
They couldn’t do their job right and didn’t care at the customers at all.

Completely stuffed up my booking, and a number of overs canceled on use while we where there to get the work done.

Good job, friendly receptionist but no communication from the workshop guys. Took too long with the job and no feedback from them. If they could up their game on the customer liaison side they'd be perfect for business.

An ongoing nightmare. I took the car in for exact determination of the glass required. 4 weeks later the technician shows up with the wrong glass. Rebooked for 3 weeks later. On the day I receive a phone call they ordered the wrong glass again. Rebooked to 3 weeks later. It’s one of the most common glasses on the market, Toyota Prius. But smith and smith appear to be sourcing 2nd hand windows. Smith and smith have initially installed a temporary window at a cost charged to the insurer. This temporary window has been leaking from the outset. The car now has a musty smell. Let’s see if smith and smith will one day show up with the correct window.

Booking service was top notch.received reminders all the way through. East to navigate website. Found out on the day I had a extra chip in the windscreen, no stress they added in and finished the job earlier than the projected time.
Pleasant and happy staff nice receptionist.

Smith & Smith Henderson had fixed my 3 window crack chips, they did an amazing job! They even changed my window wipers front and back that were real badly old and I didn't even noticed it needed changing, so they did that! - they also vacuumed my car and cleaned all my windows! - the email I received from Smith & Smith had said that it will take up to 3 hours (2pm - 5pm) so I thought to go home and spend $60 on Uber, there and back - but luckily I didn't! - they had finished everything in an hour! Well done Smith & Smith! You will definitely be seeing me next time if I have any problems with my windscreen or wipers!

Had my windscreen replaced, had to book a month in advance for a Saturday booking, got there to be told my windscreen was heated and I'd need to rebook or take a regular windscreen. I took the regular windscreen. 2 and a half hours later after receiving the text to say my car was ready, I went to pick it up. I stood in the empty reception area for almost 10 minutes while waiting for someone to help me, I pushed the buzzer and knocked on the window to the workshop 3 times during that time. Got my paperwork and got in my car to find a shoe print on the arm rest of my driver's door. However the floor mats of my drivers and passengers footwell appeared to be vacuumed clean.

Said there was a windscreen when I booked the appointment over the phone. Had to drive in just to be told there's nothing in stock until the following week because they only get 1 delivery a day.

Went there twice, sent more than 10 photos. Got this hanging off my windscreen after replacement.
