41I came here about a year ago, and the service was so incredible that I still remember it to this day, which has inspired me to write this review. The staff went above and beyond, doing more than they needed to. Incredible stuff, couldn't praise any more
I just spoke to Julie in their 0800 call centre. Her service is a credit to Smith and Smith and shows their staff training is excellent. Encourages me to continue to support Smith and Smith in a competitive environment.
Unfortunately, I have to give 1 star. Given confirmation to get the glass can only be replaced, fixed and then be told that they don't even have stock in once I arrive; is undoubtedly not professional.
Good customer service, but would've preferred a reference saying my chip repair wasn't necessary instead of getting charged for it.
Very clean work floor, job completed within the booking time slot. Waiting area is a bit old and empty, tea and coffee facilities provided though.
I just got my passenger side window done on my Audi. They did an awesome job on it PLUS they cleaned my car out which surprised me. The customer service from the guy there was excellent! Quick and easy process without all the bs #HappyCustomer
Called them on 28/12/2019 to get my car glass fixed and got an appointment on 1st week of January. On taking the car they said they don't have the glass in stock even after asking a day prior if they had everything to get it fixed. And after 6 days of repeated calling found out they never ordered the glass even after they new they didnt have the stock. The contact person was Shine who shared the store number. Finally they committed to get the glass by 14/2/2020 prior to which i had dropped 7 texts and 17 calls nobody really answers nor do they bother to respond to the texts. An as on today i found out that the glass will only be coming on 27th of march. The service is pathetic and never really bother on the inconvenience faced by the customer. Haven't seen any organization handling customers so disorganized and careless. Its time you change the statements what you commit through the calls when you put us on hold.
They did not do a good job at replacing the front windscreen of my car. Didn’t clean after and just gave it back dirty. They Cut off a gps that’s attached next to the rear view mirror and said you don’t need it. The Dampener sticking out, not in place. There is a big gab bottom right side at least 1cm and going up.
Another hopeless service, internal communication is poor, hint poor service delivery. Visited the branch 4 times, the same windscreen problem still not resolved.
I'm totally happy with the work done on my vehicle, the work place was clean and organised. I was welcomed with a manly handshake and have been assured the job will be done within an hour. Great service and quality work! Thankz!

I have only good words to say about the technicians in this branch. Getting the windshield initally was a hassle due to the head office but the customer service provided by staff in the botany branch was more than enough to still leave a good review. They are highly courteous and very capable.
A new crack after small chip repair on windscreen. Creates a blurred area on the glass near the "repaired" chip when wiped with wiper during rain.
The boys there did a quick fantastic job on my daughters car. Great helpful bunch many thanks for the prompt service

I don't want to shame him by mentioning his name here so it will be better if I don't. However, the service I got here was horrible met with a cocky arrogant glazier who told me that he's the manager when he's only a worker there. He would not go through with the repair work even though it was requested by my insurance company and also argued with my insurance company on the phone telling them "nust remember who knows more". Took a day off work and had to deal with this.dissapointed Smith and Smith and Botany should be better.
Have my 2 cars for windscreen service month a ago. Helpful staff but the crush marks are still visible after repaired.
A very busy time for them. Could not get the car in for a week (windscreen replacement) but would definitely recommend them to any one. Very happy with replacement and customer service both on the phone and at the centre.
Awesome service, very friendly & efficient. Windscreen replacement was done super fast and everything communicated clearly with me. Would recommend for sure:)
