So disappointed by the run around given by this team with my claims experience. No one should have to visit a store 5 days in a row, losevt paperwork, no callbacks or follow up, no updates on my file. Tried to restart the claim with another claim form. Phone eventually replaced with no assistance offered. Only interested in the sale not service.

Time to be attended is so long. The attendants sometimes don’t do what you ask for and when a problem happens you need to complain a lot to have it solved.
