Strong For Honda

My first experience could have been better if the staff had good and healthy communication skills. Vague information via email. Drove from North Shore to buy a part only to be told that they don't detach nor check the required part on the car for confirmation and that I will have to get my mechanic to do that. When I said that this information was not in your email to me and that I drove all the way from North Shore, the response was from one of the guys, "So? " It was disappointing experience which got worst when I asked the guy at the front desk if he knew any mechanic nearby that might be able to help me, he told me there was one just several 100mtrs from their shop. He gave me the numbers of businesses in Parnell and North Shore. Hope they can unskill their communication skills and answer their phone.

Been using Strongs for over 22 years…… they used to be awesome
But service is very average these days …. If you can get through on the phones …. Good luck
You order parts turn up and wait ages for them to get them …. They charge ridiculous money for returns obviously not interested in the trade customers much any more

The show room is so clean, polished floors made for a welcoming change compared to other dismantlers. I was promised a txt message with a reference number which showed within seconds. I spoke to Kat whom had a very jovial persona.
As I approached the counter I was greeted with a smile from Barry, the part was waiting clean and correct. Just an amazing overall experience, these guys even put a lot of the high end mall companies to shame.very refreshing.well done guys.

They were really good in providing me 4 wheels for my Honda Fit. However they provided me with two tyres which were borderline for a warrant. There was nothing dodgy they did point this out but this meant I had to go and spend another $94 on a new set of tyres for the wheels. I think they should have then reduced the price that they quoted me for the wheels and tyres. I felt a bit cheated since I also bought the tyres from them. They were good but please shop around.

Stripped my Honda fit Brake calliper bracket bolts, called strong for honda, made sure the parts are correct and have them deliver in 2 hours. Excellent service and car back on road in 15 mins.

My experience was not that good with strong for Honda.we ordered part from these guys but they send a faulty part … so we let the strong for Honda know.and they took the part back and send us a credit note but they deducted almost 150 nzd saying that you guys have got the part and used it.but how can we used the faulty part.but they don't have a clear argument why did they cut 150 nzd. I owns a business and I understand that if we return any part then they will deduct freight charges from it which is quite normal but 150$ is little too much to deduct.isn't it? Plus isn't it their duty to check the part before sending?

Very professional. I like it how to act so fast and know exactly what you needed and when they ask you specifically of that parts. I highly recommend especially Kat the fast communication and the way they handled it. ️

Was asked to send a list of what I needed, never heard back. Sent a few emails and was just ignored by Mark despite telling me that they could source parts from Japan if available. Just wasted my time for nothing.

Not impressed with this place. I phoned 3 weeks ago asking about a fog lamp and i get told that they need the part number but due to the damage on the lamp the part number was unreadable, so i gave them the make, model, rego number and chassis number etc in which they should have been able to work out what part was needed from that but just get told they can't help me. If places like Repco and Supercheap Auto know all your cars details just from the registration number then why can't this company do the same.

Massive and well run operation. My part went bad and they cheerfully refunded all. So very nice.

These guys found me what I was looking for quickly and efficiently, got me the exact part, cleaned it up to perfection and sold it to me for an excellent price. I've bought several bits and bobs from these guys - they're honest and reliable. You can't go past them for honda parts! Thanks guys!

Worst customer service, ordered a part on the phone and was told to come pick it up, when came to pick up the part was told that they have to take this out of a car and they couldn’t do it now as they are busy with other jobs
Waste of time

Very poor service and supplied wrong part after explained clearly what we need and after 5.5hrs of ordering? Shocking?

Tried to get a glass for my car 3 times they broke the glass. At the end I just got my refund. Very unprofessional

Was only after a bumper reflector, was quoted $40! Speedy service and polite over the phone, but the downfall was the price. Ended up getting one from Pick A Part for $10 - with a $2 entry fee and 5 minutes of my time. Would recommend to those who require parts quickly and hassle free
