Strong For Honda

As a register trader, sometimes i need parts asap, all i can say is great service and fair price, chris, madison motors.

Ordered a 2nd hand seatbelt and it came from Wellington nice and quick but unfortunately Wellington had made a mistake and sent the wrong type. Rang up to Auck to let them know the error and a guy Joe said he would get back to me but didnt. Shame on you.
Thankfully an awesome lady named Racheal took control and managed to sort it all out. She is a real pleasure to deal with.
It is because of her I'm giving the 4 stars.

Phoned today for a part for my CL9 Accord. The guy on the phone asked all the right questions to ensure I got the correct part (it was a brake pedal switch for lights and VSA). Sent me a txt, I called in and was out in under 10 minutes. The guy who served me at the counter was very helpful and polite.
Following that the girl who served me when the part came out gave me a quote for other spares, also again pointing out the differences in parts. It is clear that Strong invests a lot of time training their team - It pays dividends - Very Impressed! Part fitted and works perfect cheers Team!

They checked by asking for photo that part would be correct then couriered out well wrapped. Great service

Service was efficient and part available within reasonable time. Although second hand the part I got looked 100% and is working it’s purposes.

Best place to come for great quality parts with fair conditions on parts refunds. Would highly recommend this place to anybody looking for great second hand parts and a large variety of different models to choose from. If they dont have the part you can always leave your details and the part you request and when the part or car comes into stock they give you a call and let you know they now have it in stock. Awesome and friendly customer service.

Was reccomend to go here from Repco as they did not have parts. Phoned, part was available, orderd x4. Sent employee to pickup. Got them anx were used parts. Called them back, asked about second hand parts and they confirmed as much. Asked if I can return as I dibr want second hand. Was happy to purchase 1 as needed. Charged $26.75 to return products that I did not want.

Awesome staff. Hella friendly and helpful bought a dummy shaft for my car and they were very fast with the whole process. If you have any car needs definitely reccomended hitting these guys up!

I've come here a few times to buy parts for my Honda Accord. Used to get awesome fast service from a happy girl or nice Indian man at the counter but now when I come in I end up waiting for nearly 30 minutes! I came in today and the guy in the front didnt know what he was doing, the line got longer and other customers were waiting for ages to be served while the guy just stood there looking at the computer he didnt check up on the new customers who walked in or on us who had been waiting for ages. This place is pricey but I didnt mind as the service was always great and fast but now I'd rather go somewhere faster and cheaper like auckland Japanese car parts around the corner
