Super City Chem-Dry

Unprofessional technician who was rude and not able to explain me what is in the products they use for your mattress.she damaged my mattress with the cleaning a new stain came out and was so weird. I asked the manager of the business to call me back and she also was very rude and unprofessional by email and over the phone. I wanted a refund and I refused to deal with this company. They should have paid for the damage of the mattress. They just offered the technician to come back to fix it, then she changed idea and said she wanted to send the refund but I said that they can't just refund the money and they have to actually fix a damage of my mattress caused by the technician but as they were so rude I decided to have the refund and no bother. I could have taken them to court if I needed it but it's a waste of time for people as the manager herself is an horrible person.
Also they gave me 3 different quotes so they just tell whatever price they want to charge.

They came on time and did a fantastic job. Cannot fault this company. Their technician Garry has just been and cleaned our leather lounge suite and it has come up like new. Their people are professional and friendly. Highly recommend.

We had our hall, stairs and mats cleaned today and are very pleased with the results. The service was very professional and excellent communication with a very pleasing result, our ChemDry representative was very pleasant to deal with and will definitely get him back next year.
