Never met a team so professional and polite! They keep my gutters & roof in check & 3 years of service I would still highly recommend them!

I would strongly recommend that you do not ever use this firm.

We paid Supercity to clean out the guttering on our two level home, remove the gutter guards and also spray the roof to remove the moss.

After they had left i checked the roof and found that they had not removed the gutter guards. They then returned and removed the gutter guards and also significant amounts of debris that was still in the gutters. They quite simply had not even touched the gutters as they removed huge amounts of material from them on their second visit.

With regards to the roof moss, i can safely say that whatever they sprayed it with has made zero difference.

Their behaviour is more than neglect, they simply did not do work that they were paid to do.

WORST EVER! Inexperienced people sent out, could not fix the problem, they said it needs their team with a ruck who wont be available for a week, management hopeless and didnt take responsibility.this was the week which ended in a long weekend, and we were left with a leaking roof A plumber (not even a roof fixer) came out and solved the problem in a relatively short time. DO NOT DEAL with these people.have taken photo of this review so it can not be removed.

Over a number of years, SuperCity Property Services have done several jobs at two different properties.

They have always been reliable, timely, good to deal with and have done an excellent job.

Most recently, in May 2019, they have done a house clean and roof treatment and I am very happy with the job they have done and the service received.

Organised last year with Derek to have houses painted on the exterior, including nano-coating treatment. Derek pulled out of the nano-coating job 2 weeks before it was due to start leaving us in the lurch to try and organise this elsewhere. Poor communication and it made us question whether the rest of the job would be completed without anymore glitches so we decided to not proceed with them.

Excellent service. The place was left really clean and tidy.

Its taken me a while to get around to posting this review as my house wash, mould removal and gutter clean was done in August, it is not too late to say: Many thanks to Mike & Caleb - with 2 changes in date necessary, and then a day lost due to rain, they still turned up on time, smiling, and willing to work hard - great job done.

Great service from the company who came to repair our roof after Tuesday's storm which was damaged and leaking. Many thanks to the office staff who organised it at short notice and workers that attended our property who did the work quickly and efficiently.

Very efficient and great customer service - we have used Supercity services a couple of times and have been very impressed with the job they have done.

I'v never written a review before, but I would like to for this company. I got them to replace all my guttering, the man who done the quote was a real nice guy and professional, as was the nice lady that answers the phone. They came around in the morning and went flat-out to beat the rain, I was very impressed, was pretty to watch good tradesmen. No yak-yak.no muckin-about and the old guttering removed. Great job boy's (you all deserve a pay-rise) I highly recommend SuperCity Property Services to anyone and a big thank-you!
