We just can’t speak highly enough of Brett and his team. Right from the start, we felt we were in a pair of safe hands. The communication was excellent throughout. Our project was complicated by the fact that we found out midway through that a large section of our floor beneath the existing cabinets was rotten. Brett helped us remove the kitchen cabinetry so that we could replace the floor then came back to help us put the cabinets back! He was an absolute godsend. Brett has an amazing can do attitude and the quality of workmanship is first rate. There is a great culture in this business, good work ethic and a strong desire to do a good job. We feel lucky to have come across Brett and would 100% recommend him to anyone wanting a kitchen refurbishment.

I have used this company 3 times now. First time there did my whole kitchen and did a fabulous job. Second one they just needed to paint all the doors the same white which looked heeeps better when finished. The kitchen I have now didn’t have allot of storage for food or plates so they did another pantry and at the same time update the colour of all doors and draws, they also replaced all handles. Great team and would recommend them to anyone. Kay

I was referred by my real estate agent. Brett got back to me with a quote and then told me that if they picked up doors on the Friday they would be ready by the next Friday and they were. I love my kitchen now. They even put my new handles on instead of the old Bakerlite ones which the rage way back then.

I’ve had 3 kitchens sorted by Brett and his team they are the best.
First kitchen was a full remodel out one day and new the next with all new appliances in and running.
Second kitchen, he just painted and tidied up the kitchen ready for sale.
Third kitchen he had a second pantry installed and painted to match other cupboards which he had painted. Would be happy to recommend him and his team.

They replaced the fronts on our kitchen cupboards, draws and pantry. They also remade the bathroom draws in three of our bathrooms, replaced the laundry cupboard fronts, and remodeled our media storage system.

I have had nothing but the most positive experience using Brett, Nick and all the team at Surface with a Smile for the upgrade to my Kitchen Cupboards. From the first contact and quote two and a half years ago (prior to the first lockdown) through to the very reasonably priced re quote recently, to the subsequent removal, painting and refitting of the cupboards, the whole process was handled excellently.
I highly recommend Surface with a Smile, and should I move and need another upgrade to a kitchen I would not hesitate to use them. In the meantime, I am overjoyed with the result and love spending time in my gorgeous kitchen.
