I don’t know where they found the plumbers, they had no professional knowledge, they only did half of the work after being paid, they didn’t answer the phone afterwards.the office address was fake. There no office at flatbush.

Didn't turn up for appointment. Didn't contact me to explain. Have not responded to phone messages and email.

Terrific company to deal with. Leishae was extremely helpful and patient answering all of my queries and concerns. Plumber and electrician both turned up promptly and on time. Horrible experience replacing our hot water cylinder. Was adviced that carpet will be removed prior to changing to a new one due to a leaky old cylinder. Got it all changed yet left a soaking wet carpet under the new cylinder. Very unimpressed. A week later we are still struggling to dry out wet carpet under the tank. Was told they will send an insurance report which we never received. Like a scam. Very unhappy with their service

The Rheem boiling hot water unit at our commercial kitchen broke down and THWC were able and willing to talk us through resetting it remotely so we could get going again completely for free!

You don't get old fashioned and honest service like this these days anymore so highly recommend the integrity of these guys.

Outstanding communication (even on a Saturday morning), with installation team turning up right on time on the Monday, as promised, removal was very difficult but they did everything they could to make it work, carpentary skill, plumbing skill, prescription of a better alternative cylinder to squeeze into a difficult space. Eletrical team rolled in straight after and sorted out the convoluted wiring situation. Perfect team, perfect service. 100% love this company!

Really great company to deal with! My hot water cylinder started to leak quite heavily and after trying a couple of plumbers with no luck I phoned Hot Water Company and someone (sorry, forgot the name) came to check and it was obvious this thing was past saving. He turned water off at cylinder for me so at least I had water again for the rest of the day and night and scheduled appointment for replacement the very next morning. 8am in the morning was all action.job was done in no time by 2 very friendly and capable lads and I now have a beautiful Rheem with proper cobber piping with much improved water pressure. I highly recommend this company, organised, prompt, friendly, professional and fair priced. Thank you Hot Water Company!

Some initial miscommunication in the process from both sides, but Leishae the Business Manager went above and beyond to provide a solution that we're happy with and provide expertise and clarity, thank you, would recommend based on the support we received.

Not Recommended, the install was great but after sales service is not up there, i was left without hot water and gas as the regulator never worked, when the bottle got switched and when called was advised of a call out fee if the system is not at fault (according to them), please look else where!

We recently bought an EcoSpring 300L external hot water heat pump.

Would definitely recommend the EcoSpring, product is quiet when running (about the noise level of small Heat Pump unit). It’s very economical to run and best of all delivers good pressure hot water. It is quite a large cylinder (as you would expect with a 300 litre tank) possibly the smaller version would be better if you have a small family.

The team at the Heat Water Company did a great job of the installation.and Leishae was super helpful & Knowledgeable about the products available.

My hot water cylinder was damaged during Auckland heavy flood and I was panicking with no hot shower. I rang the Hot water company and spoke to Levei about my situation. Levei immediately organized for a team to do a replacement first thing the next morning. Less than 24 hours later I had my first hot shower due to his honest communication, transparency and his team of professional tradesmen. Thank you Levei for your honesty and fair price and specially to your plumber Prasant for bringing normality back to my life again.

Finding a company that is professional and efficient is like pulling teeth. Thats not the case with these guys. I was really blown away by their product knowledge, workmanship and cleanliness. Even covid protocol was expertly followed. They gave me the best deal for a big daddy Rheem Stellar Water heater. Even recommended them to my brother. Will definitely support them again. Thanks guys

This company has been amazing! We bought a house in Feb, not realising the hot water cylinder was original 1970's low pressure - imagine our disappointment with how bad the shower was! I submitted a query for a quote, Leishae called me that day, came the next day to look around, quote came through that afternoon, and a couple of days later, we have a new gas hot water system that has solved our issues! I cannot recommend this team highly enough. They are all super friendly and helpful, and the job they have done is absolutely impeccable!
