Very very good company! Got hot water cut last night and leave message on their website, get in touch in an hour, give quote and advise what to do. They can come with in 2 hours! Very warm heart! Excellent service! Definitely recommend!

Great company to deal with, very knowledgeable and do exactly what they say they will do. I had my new hot water cylinder installed November last year and am very happy with everything that was done, the plumber was great and I will be using him again for any other plumbing needs. Amazing! I sent a note online at night, got a call back the next morning, and a technician was at our home within 2 hours. He diagnosed and resolved the issues with our hot water cylinder in one hit. It was fixed within 40 minutes, and the invoice came through later that day. FANTASTIC service! Very impressed.

I’m absolutely stoked with the level of service and result of the repairs the team did. I thought I was having warm showers that would run out half way through my shower but after the hot water company came and fixed a few things it now feels like a spa in a shower form. At 9: 30ish I arranged for someone to come out sometime during the day and about 30 minutes later I had 2 guys here to sort out my cylinder. The 2 guys that came out were providing me with regular updates and once they finished cleaned up all the water that was on the floor. Thanks so much to Levei and the team. Will definitely be using them if I have anymore issues with the cylinder. Definitely would recommend them to any of my friends and family.

My partner are over the moon of how quickly the team organised a brand new cylinder replacement during level 3.
I called the team at 8am and gave them the model code of my current cylinder. I was giving a quote over the phone which I accepted straight away and not even an hour later they had a plumber on-site to start the job and around lunchtime I had a brand new cylinder and hot water again absolutely over the moon can’t thank you guys enough at how efficient you guys are

The guy who came out to install the new hot water cylinder was very tidy and courteous, he talked me through every step of the process. I most definitely recommend these guys.

Levei and his installation team were great. Levei organised the installation with the amazing and friendly plumber, Jarod, and the professional the electricion, Joice, and everything went very well. I highly recommend the services from Levei and team at The Hot Water Company, we needed a job done rather last minute, contacted Levei, he was clear with my options at hand for the job requirements which was then promptly carried out the following day. I asked for a quote for continuous hot water replacement for a water cylinder that was leaking during Lockdown.

They were around quickly, made a comprehensive inspection, and offered a number of alternatives. Very pleasant and easy to deal with.

In the end we went with a different choice to do the job but it could have easily gone either way.

Can not praise these guys enough, fair pricing and on time and took the time to help me understand locating the gas heater in a position to minimise hot water wastage by positioning to favour short piping to bathroom and kitchen
Also connected my gas hob as well did a great job on gas lines etc

Level 4 lockdown and our hot water cylinder decides to play up! Showers were with lukewarm to cold water, which was not pleasant. With the wind and rain in Auckland the past few days, I decided that enough was enough one evening and found The Hot Water Company details through a Google search. Super fast reply to my call for help from Leishae, who organised his Crew to sort out my problem the very next morning. Would highly recommend these Guys.

I would strongly advise against doing business with this organisation. Following the installation of a Rheem cylinder, we are having serious issues with hot water and this company will not pick up any calls or reply to any emails. We’ll now be taking matters to the Disputes Tribunal.
