Rent House team and their service is is simply outstanding. They are managing my property for last 3 years and they are so methodical, professional and hassle free. As they are managing so well I just don’t worry about the property because I know my investment is in good hands.

A huge tree from Janette's managed property at 5 Bahari Street fell down on our garage at Frostbite Road, she refused to removed the tree and not doing any repairs to our garage since 14th Feb, we do not need to claim our insurance, she should arrange the tree and repairs to our garage!

Could not recommend the team at The Rent House highly enough. From the relationship manager to GM and my property manager they are all excellent at what they do. Highly professional but also personable they manage my property very well. I compared against other agents in the area before appointing and they were head and shoulders above the rest.

An awesome property management company - one that actually respects tenants! We would definitely rent through them again.

We had recently purchased an investment property in South Auckland and entrusted the rental management to The Rent House, Manukau, as soon as the property became Unconditional.
The Rent House staff swung into action almost immediately and organised everything required to find the right tenants.
They made sure the property met the Healthy Homes Assessment and also ensured that Health and Safety standards were adhered to in all aspects to make sure the tenants would be safe and happy.
Once we complied, they took professional photos and signed up the perfect tenants who started soon after the settlement of the property!
This was absolutely incredible especially when the tenants have so many choices available in the market today.
I would gladly, and in all honesty, give 5 stars to The Rent House!

In the case of The Rent House - professional management is across the board. I have had and remain thoroughly appreciative of all engaged staff, even when my key manager has been engaged or indisposed. Very, very happy with the service.

First time me and my partner have rented together, we came to view the property and the people in it left it a mess robyn and her team took on the property on cleaned it made sure everything was spectacular for when we moved in, if we have an issue she had it fixed straight away, she always has a smile on her face and if you need a laugh shes your gal, definitely the best rental company ive ever been with.

Completely incompetent. Applied for a flat, heard nothing for weeks. Tried to follow up only to be told that they not longer look after the property. I was never told this and never received an update. They are completely useless, do not use this company.
