NZ is on lock down and this morning (day 5) I see a lady working! Walking around and taking photo's of an empty house on Thomas Road, Flat Bush.
Do they not get the message, stay home even if the house is empty!
This just shows the lack of respect they have for NZer's.

False advertising from these landlords. When we inspected the house we were told carpet cleaning would be done and leaves outside would be cleaned. They left the house in a filthy state, check photos attached. It cost us $480 to clean and they only offered us $50 and told us that the weeds could be easily pulled outside. They refused to do the carpet cleaning claiming the stains are very old but they all came out with carpet cleaning. These guys are known to have a terrible reputation. I sent an email on the 25th of December that the dishwasher wasn't working and its now 5th of February and it is still not sorted out. They told us the house is in a adequate state but evidently from the photos for paying 1100 rent this is not acceptable at all. Can't believe I am locked in with these guys for another year. Still have to constantly message to get anything done around here. Strongly recommend Inspire and Ray White who I have dealt with in the past. They are fantastic and keep their tenants happy. Will be taking these guys to the tenancy tribunal.
