The Rent Shop has been caring for our properties for ten years, the service is awesome and we can have as much or as little involvement as we choose. We choose very little and our manager Shadi takes care of everything for us. She is great and our properties are cared for professionally, we don't have to worry about anything.we would highly recommend The Rent Shop.

One of the worst service u can get (atleast in South Auckland). All they did was manage account not property. Property in shocking condition and they did not get it fixed in years. Had 4 managers but all useless. Took 1.5 months to get tenant, some bond amount missing and they have no clue. If I complaint they just pass it on to tenant saying that landlord got these concerns. No action. All manager has to say is apology, will learn from mistake. Non sense.

We have The Rent Shop New Plymouth managing our investment property and we couldn’t be happier. Nothing Is to much trouble and they are very professional and work for both the tenant and the landlord. I cannot fault them and highly recommend the. Keep up the great work guys.

I would highly recommend The Rent Shop for anyone thinking about stepping into the role of a licensee / business owner. The Rent Shop has excellent systems in place (e.g templated agreements and letters, receipting of payments, arrears management, specialised property management software, after hours contact centre) that make the role of a licensee that much easier. They also offer professional development opportunities that allow licensees to up skill in property management and business development. This allows licensees to not only to build a valuable business, but also fine tune the knowledge and skills that are pivotal to being a successful property management business owner. Being a nation wide company there is also plenty of support from the friendly team that make up The Rent Shop.

Not happy with the rent shop Botany, my previous tenant gave 21 days notices to moved out, my property manager was on holiday, during his absent my property never get listed for 4 weeks period, not recommenced at all

The worst property agent that I have ever seen, imagine if the office is locate d in Flat Bush, how to manage city properties, unless tenants don’t mind once the payment has been transferred, the service is gone.

The Rent Shop- we felt was an excellent place to go to for all your property needs. Their process are pretty simple, the staff are pretty knowledgeable, cooperative and also are very prompt in their Service. I was dealing with Katie Sanford and find her one of best Property Managers to deal with as she was extremely professional and at the same time was very kind, prompt and made sure the agreements were very clear for all the parties concerned. Certainly one of the best Property Management companies in the country to go to!
