We have found him to be very professional in his dealings with us and he recently negotiated with the Landlord to have some redecorating done. With being a first time renter I was nervous of not finding a property that would accept me but just 2 days after meeting Shadi, she found an appropriate property for myself and my daughter which has made me very appreciative of Shadi. I do not live in Auckland and rely on The Rent Shop Property management Team to manage my 4 flats.
Laura Wills is my Property Manager and she is exceptional. This year especially, she has had to deal 'problem tenants' over and above her normal management duties which have been excellent. Laura always keeps me informed, arranges inspections for me when I am in Auckland, has a great manner with the tenants and nothing is too much trouble to her.
