First time to go to Tile Space. Very nice environment and professional staff there. Their Tile is very beautiful and lots of choices.

I have dealt with Tile Space in Albany on a couple of occasions. Once a few years ago when looking for splash back & bathroom trim in a new house I was going to be moving into.
They were so very helpful & suggested several different ideas, one of which I went with & it looks stunning.
More recently I was requiring information regarding outdoor tiles for a patio area.
I arrived about 3.30pm, the assistant advised me that they closed at 4pm. She was very helpful making various ideas, without rushing me. Printed out information for me to takeaway. I left the shop with some samples, printed information & several ideas about 4.20pm, without feeling I had been rushed or the assistant annoyed at closing later.

Excellent floor service Haiyan Jin was so helpful in that she could identify the correct tile from a photograph! No other tile company could do that! I wanted to match the existing tiles I had in the kitchen without a sample, name or # and she went straight to it! I’ll go back to Tile Space for sure!

Tile Space were fantastic when we discovered we had ordered the wrong tile. They worked hard to make the tile we did want available at short notice and made returning the wrong tile an easy process. They couldn’t have been lovelier to deal with.

Good product range at various priced depending on budget. Good service in store. Only downside was requirement to collect tiles from Mt Wellington rather than local store

I think Tile Space Albany is one of the best showrooms in AKL and it has such a varied selection of tiles that I don’t see anywhere else. I purchased one of their big slabs of tile for my bathroom feature wall and it looks really incredible. And I’ve never seen that tile in any other store. I’ve also used one of their big tiles in my powder room as a feature wall and it looks like copper and it is also very impressive.
But the main reason I kept going back to the Albany store was because of Cecilia. Cecilia is the loveliest most customer focused staff member who was so delightful. She couldn’t do enough for me, she was always so enthusiastic and positive. I changed my mind so many times because there was so much to choose from but she was always so helpful and would make suggestions to support me through my dilemma. When I went to pick up one of the tiles from their warehouse, I realized that I had chosen the wrong colour and was in a rush needing to change it immediately and with one phone call to Cecilia, she seamlessly navigated all the paperwork and change with very little inconvenience to me, even though it was all my fault! She really was very kind and I know it’s because of her that my bathrooms look amazing. Cecilia exceeded my expectations with her customer service and for this reason I would always choose Tilespace Albany over any other store.

This place has awful communication. I called to check if my tile was ready and was told YES and after driving an hour, found out it was not. This is after another trip to try to collect it when it turns out they meant I could pick up a sample, not collect the boxes of tile. They do not apologize. No one there said SORRY for wasting many hours of my time and money.

Very nice shop.already I work with them 15 years and always is the best tiles best product best service. Thank you guys

Terrible experience exorbitant penalty cost of 30% to return unused tiles for so called “handling fee”. Never use again.
