26Our contact with Tile Space Albany was great. The staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. Range of tiles was good. Our order included two very large fragile tiles 1200x2600, which provided quite a challenge for delivery, and was anything but straightforward. The Albany team overcame the difficulties and were extremely helpful and ensured a successful delivery. Well done Jasmine, thanks

When renovating our bathroom we had no idea where to go or what to expect. The Albany team at Tile Space were friendly, gave great advice and we really appreciated the help as someone who was doing this for the first time. They were even helpful enough to help keep our kids entertained while we looked around.
When our floor tiles were being laid, our tiller accidentally dropped and broke the last one. I called them and they were more than happy to provide us with a spare from out the back for free. Although it had a slight chip in it, we only needed about 3/4 of the tile so it worked perfectly for us. I offered to pay but they insisted it was not necessary which I was pleasantly surprised.
Since then I have had to contact again as we ran out of the wall tile. The manager Sandy was great in sorting that for us ASAP. Great customer service guys - keep it up!
It was a vey bad experience recently. Paid in the store and went back 3 times later, but haven't got tiles. Staffs ringed me twice to update the arrival date and it never came. Their words are jokes.
Leaving earlier before 4pm and is stated that are working to 5pm. Not answering phone neither. Should get new staff
Another victim since last reviewer. Visited this place this morning, stayed for about 1 hour, lots of staff members mucking around but NONE of them approached us or said anything. Prices are on the high range. Came across to one female staff member on the way out and she just pretended we were not existed. BAD BAD BAD WORST WORST.
