Responded promptly, fixed problem (no hot water) and showed me what to do next time. Not cheap but great service.

We got a fireplace ignition issue this year, it was obsolete model we couldn’t get any support from the manufacturer. It’s lucky that we got Topline technicians coming to investigate the issue, find out the root cause (control module issue) and help us search the part supply then finally fix it. We were extremely happy with the services Topline provided. The fire is now burning better than before. Well done!

I use Topline for my gas inspections and safety certifications. I was very impressed with Pauls flexibility to disconnect and cap off the gas to the old fireplace in the lounge. He did the safety checks as expected and I was very happy with his work and attention to detail.

We engaged Topline Plumbing to replace all our legacy underground water supplies of a 8,000 sq/metre building with a state-of-the-art overhead Copper supply ring system.
The results were perfect and without disruption to our business operation. All final connections to factory, office and amenities were successful and the underfloor system successfully isolated.
The tradesmen were efficient, polite, and left our site tidy.

Our house had a significant leak in the main line. After having to turn the mains off, called Topline at 7.15am. Job finished by 8.30am and the concrete path left intact and the surrounding lawn returned to an excellent condition as part of the job. Francois did a very professional job replacing a hot water cylinder. He was easy to deal with and also explained in detail the extra work that needed to be done beyond the initial fixed price quote.

Great job from the team at Topline, Tony communicated the potential issues really well and did a super tidy job on everything. Plus when his first idea did not solve it he came back quickly a second time.

I have now used Topline twice once for home and once for work, Both times they have been great and the service is very good and arrived on time and completed the job to my requirements, The job for work was $200 cheaper than a quote from another company.

Plumber was able to perform simple repairs and they arrived promptly and most of the work was good. He did spend time gossiping with a neighbor that I was charged for but it was only 10 minutes.
However I also wanted some slightly more difficult tasks completed lining a shower and rerouting a hot water cylinder overflow pipe which we agreed would be done on a subsequent visit. They seemed competent initially but company messed around for more than a month waiting for a quote before I was able to ascertain that they were not going to perform the more complex work. Do not trust a handshake deal with Mike he is not from NZ.
They also initially sent the invoice to an invalid email address which was odd considering that I contacted them with email to start the engagement.

What a pleasure it is to deal with a company who quickly responds to a request for service. We have twice called Topline; first for a gas fitting clean; second for a plumbing job. In both cases experienced tradesman were sent and promptly set about their work in a knowledgeable way. Both tradies completed the work and left our property clean and tidy afterwards. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company for their standard of workmanship. May not be the cheapest but the job is done by those who know what they are doing. Communication with the customer before and after the job is to be commended,

Many thanks to Gavin & Sam for their prompt action in locating the cause of flooding under my house. After some digging & detective work the cause was found to be in the neighbours Meter Box on the footpath. I use Topline for my plumbing jobs and get excellent service.

Dropped Topline an email late in the day and received a reply back promptly informing me they could visit 7: 30am the next morning. Can't get much better than that!
Tony arrived dead-on time and he quickly got to work servicing my gas appliances. He was such a fund of knowledge that I picked his brains for a good 40 minutes on all matters gas (thanks Tony!). He's a very professional, friendly and competent man!
I will definitely be using Topline again when the time comes for another service.

I have had my gas fireplace for at least 10 years, and Tony has serviced it regularly before the cold weather sets in. He always arrives in good time, and his work is clean and efficient. He is pleasant and his work, professional.

The team at Topline was fantastic - they reacted to our no-water issue quickly and sent out John who didn't mind getting completely filthy in order to find the broken pipe and fix it.

Andrew is nice and friendly, also very informative about heat pumps. Serviced the heat pump as per agreed, recommended for prompt communication and service
