This tire shop is not good. They ripped you off, and they don't do the job properly. I took my ute for service and Warranty, but they failed it because my head loghts were not straight. They also charged me $500 to service my ute, but the only thing they changed was the oil filter, fuel filter, and engine oil. I am never going back here again. I don't know how people trust these kinds of people, and let me say they're are indians too. If you are deciding to go here, trust me don't waste your money

Went in for a WOF, which failed due to issues with a noisy wheel bearing and play in the wheel. Also had light metal corrosion which was an easy fix at home. However, tyre world wanted to charge me over $800 for repairs which was totally nuts. Had a mechanic friend check my car out and found no play in the wheels and couldn't hear any noise coming from the wheel bearings. This place obviously tries to scam you into buying expensive parts even though they're not needed, probably the reason why the wof was so cheap. Took it to another garage and I passed straight away. You're better off using an honest workshop where they don't want to take more of your money.

Thank you to the lovely person that had called me to explain a mishap that happened, nothing major, just a small WOF hiccup, but all sorted now. Thank you.back to 5 stars!
