Don't ever take your car here for a full service. The worst to deal with, they are the biggest rip.off. My car went in with no engine light on picked it up and its on. Questioned them and they tried to charge me $1200 for a job to rectify their stuff up. This business needs to be closed. I definitely know I'm not the only person.

Honest, reliable and budget friendly. Have been coming here since 2009. Was recommended by a trustworthy friend and he was so right!:)

I went there to fix my car tyre punture and a young man came and have a look at my car tyre, he then asked the grumpy old man who came passed if it can be fixed. The grumpy old man have a quick look at my tyre and said "It can't be fixed" and walked away while I was standing there so confused at what the old man said. The young man told me that the piece of metal that got stuck on the tyre is too big that they can't fix it. I asked him again if I want to fix it how much would it be, and he went to the office and came back and said it is $250. What a bloody rip off because I drove around to the next tyre service at the back and they fixed it for $30. I will never recommend Tyre World because of their poor Customer Service and expensive services.

Had my vehicle WOF and service done here. Thank god i found the best workshop with affordable prices, honest and friendly team.very quick and efficient service and experienced staff.qualified staff who explained everything in simple language.my friends recommended me to Tyre World & Auto Ltd. I am so grateful i listened to them since i have had so much grief going to other workshops in Auckland. I recommend EVERYONE TO GO HERE. Biggest rip offs.get a quote and compare it to somewhere more legit and I can guarantee you will see the difference.

Took my Prado for WOF. They found issues with suspension and exhaust. Fixed at very reasonable price and free Wheel alignment. Great service fast and friendly, honest WOF

I've been here a couple of times for a WOF. Honestly I think they are not bad, but not great either. The guy I had who did the warrant was pretty good. Plus the office staff were friendly. However my car had previously failed a warrant at another place because of a small brake issue which I had repaired. When I went back to the previous place for a recheck they were closed and I didn't want to wait so I went to this place since it is pretty cheap.

When a different guy was entering the WOF into the computer he saw that it had previously failed for brakes and freaked out. He then got hostile and accused me of trying to trick them (even though they had just done the inspection and it was fine). He also confused me when trying to discuss the problem by using the wrong name for months, so I thought he was talking about the check 6 months ago. Since I got confused by his using the wrong month names he then got even more accusatory.

This place is neither good nor bad. Since they are normally cheap it is probably worthwhile getting a check done there, but be sure to shop around and get some more quotes if you need work done. Also be prepared for a bad attitude from some staff. Note they normally require an appointment for a check, you can't just roll up and expect a WOF.

Also it lacks a nice waiting area, and the whole building is quite old. But since the price is cheap I guess customers can't be too fussy.

This is a good workshop and everyone here is great from the ladies at the reception to the technicians on the floor, their pricing is fair and I like how they always follow up on bookings. The only reason I gave the place 2 stars is due to the so called "manager" at Tyre World & Auto. I believe he is the same person who drives the black Toyota Hilux company vehicle. This guy has an attitude, he walks around like he owns the shop and his customer service skills are horrible! I hope the owner of the place replaces him with a new manager. He tries to show his authority among his fellow staff and even as a customer he just walks up to you and gets to the point, one is never greeted with a simple hello or good morning, seriously this guy needs to go.

Got wheel alignment done my toe-in was 14mm each side now it drives straight as a dream and doesn't self steer. Would reccomend.
