73The best place to hold any event! We had my sisters bridal dinner here. Quality food, Top notch service and the best mojitos ever! Lisa and her team are great at what they do! Rare to find a place that has it all!
Up Cafe is well hidden, even though it has a balcony overlooking Albert St. They have a good selection of food and friendly staff. Recommended.
We waited a really really long time for our food and when it came the waffles weren't cooked properly even though they looked amazing. It was really disappointing. No apologies for the delays or anything either. We didn't want to send it back and have to wait all over again. 23rd March 2018

Waited 45 minutes for food to arrive which isn’t good enough! Food was good but had a few stone cold chips and the rest were piping hot which is weird. Wouldn’t go again
Excellent food and great atmosphere. My wife and I went here after the morning rush for breakfast. The menu had lots of interesting options. Everything we had was really tasty. The Eggs Benedict with mushrooms was my favorite and had a really unique flavor. Highly recommended.
Ich habe mich hier ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt. Die Kellnerin war sehr freundlich und es hat niemanden gestört, daß sie sich zu Bekannten kurz an einen Tisch gesetzt und ein Schwätzchen gehalten hat. So soll es sein.
Die Hintergrundmusik aus den 80ern hat ebenfalls genau meinen Geschmack getroffen. Essen und Trinken waren tadellos und angenehm im Preis.
Ich freue mich, die gute Atmosphäre im Up Cafe erlebt zu haben und hoffe, wieder einmal dorthin zu kommen.
Lisa the Owner of the Up Cafe is an amazing lady! A young enterprising business woman she works tirelessly to keep her clientele happy. She is Barista, Chef and an amazing baker.
Always smiling and very welcoming. It’s just a shame that the Sebel Quay West where she is located on the First Floor does not promote her Cafe more. They originally referred us to the Stamford, why I have no idea. They should be promoting Up Cafe, we ate there every day and loved the vibe, and yes they are licensed!

Ohhh man, we stumbled on this place by accident and man are we glad we did. By far the nicest breakfast I've had on New Zealand.
I ended up having the UP full breakfast which was a delicious fry up, gorgeous bread, lovely sausages and hash browns/eggs were yummy (and the portions were huge).
Really great value for money and the staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating.
We already plan to come back tomorrow.
