Jen tailored my treatment plan to work around my current routine, which was a massive relief. Her approach not only addressed my hip issue but also boosted my confidence in the recovery process.

Stuggled with niggle in the hamstring from running. Service from Urban Athlete for booking and follow-up was great. Tomu provided a practical remedial plan and ongoing advice and support.

Tome has done (and is continuing to do so) an incredible job with helping me navigate and improve ongoing hip pain that came on the end of last year.
I was skeptical of going to a Physio for help as previously haven’t had much success with other practices, but although I’m not 100% out of the woods yet the improvement I have seen so far has been great.
Tomu is thorough and explains the reasoning behind each decision we make and rehabilitation exercises that are assigned so I understand the principles and plan of the rehab process.

I have seen various physios at UA over the years and rehabbed post ankle and shoulder surgeries with the team. Totally trust them with my recovery and have found that they are as keen as I am to find things I can safely do to keep moving.
