I saw Matt for a few sessions; He really listens, was very empathetic, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in solving a tricky problem. I moved to Christchurch so unfortunately didn't get to continue treatment with Matt but highly recommend if you are in Auckland.

I had a session with Matt to discuss a tricky ankle injury. Matt completely understands that some people need to do exercise and works to make recommendations on what you can/cannot do. He’s super knowledgeable, very friendly and I highly recommend him if you are in need of a good physio!

Darren worked wonders on getting me from hardly walking due to a badly sprained muscle in my back (severe back spasms) in to the gym in a short space of time. Professional but also friendly. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

They are one of the best in the business. I am currently recovering my shoulder from surgery with Paul that is the best physiotherapist I’ve ever met. Attentive, patient, friendly and professional. Recommend!

Amazing Clinic! I have been to my fair share of Physiotherapists and nothing compares to the service I receive at Urban Athlete. Shane really knows his stuff and had me ready to run my ultra marathon pain free. Reception staff are always so lovely and welcoming too.

Friendly and helpful staff. Helped rehabilitate post acl reconstruction as well as the occasional hamstring /ankle issue. Also have a system whereby they can send you your exercises as a pdf with pictures!

Very expensive most of the places in CBD charges around $20.00 as ACC Surcharge but they charge $42.00 for half an session.

Urban Athlete are the best physios I have ever been to. Totally professional, highly effective at getting to the root cause of an issue, good systems, and nice friendly people.

Had a crook back, and had trouble walking properly, but after week in the hands of Darren I was feeling much better, and was running again after a few weeks. Location is very convenient to work, highly recommended.

Excellent physio and so handy being right in the centre of town! Darren is great and effectively educates about the injury as well treating it.

Great physio. They did wonders for my shoulder. Will try not to land on it again as even though they are a great team they are not quite worth the pain involved

My ropey old shoulder I never thought would come right is so much better thanks Darren. The difference is huge when a good physio knows whats he's doing!
