Utterly appalling service. Stewart was consistently rude & unprofessional. I got a quote & booked my service well in advance so I could be present on the property. The service person did not turn up. When I phoned for the reason, Stewart apologised & said that the service person had been off for several weeks but gave no reason as to why my service had not been rebooked.
He offered for someone to come the next day which was good, but when I said I wanted the original quote honoured he refused. He was rude, dismissive & agitated, which in turn agitated me. My expectation was that they at least honoured the quote. His solution? He hung up on me.

Stewart is by far one of the rudest & most unhelpful people I've ever had to deal with. He makes the customer feel as though they should be grateful that their company has even answered the phone to them.

This is by far the best example of how not to run a company.

A further update to this:
I have since had my system serviced by a different company have been professional friendly & informative. While they were servicing my system they pointed out to me that the filters had been installed the wrong way round by this company.

Yet another reason why I most certainly do not recommend this company.

We have had a UV Water Systems filtration unit installed on our new build 6 years ago. It has performed admirably until recently when there was a hiccup with the controller. Stewart was able to resolve the problem for us and was very generous with his knowledge and time, ensuring that I understood the problem and the care required in maintaining the system. We had this system installed a few months ago and wanted to wait until we could review it properly, once it was tried and tested. We can honestly say, it’s one of the better things we have purchased. The water tastes amazing and no more chlorine smell! We live near the pump station and experienced red deposits around our taps, in the kettle and in the toilet system. No more, the water is crystal clear and my hair and skin have benefited too. We would definitely recommend this water filter system and can’t fault it or the service.

For over 10 years I have purchased my UV and filter requirements from UVwatersystems and their predecessor. Their service, advice and expert packaging have consistentlay been of the highest order.

Awesome product and service! We installed a whole home filtration unit and we are very impressed with it's build quality and the quality of the water. We also installed an under sink unit and our drinking water now tastes amazing. We noticed no drop in water pressure either. Overall we are extremely happy with the results.

10/10 individual service, Stewart was extremely helpful and explained in detail how to service the system. Couldn't have asked for more plus he offered to be available for telephone advice should I hit any snags.
As I live out of Auckland this was very much appreciated, I would recommend Stewart to anyone interested in high quality product and high quality service.

Latest filter cartridge was shattered by NZ POST couriers & after sending a photo to Stewart a replacement cartridge was resent.
Superb and fast attention & compassion to his valued customers.

Stewart, at this Company was very helpful & when I needed extra help on my bench top filter cartridge he went the extra mile to help. Would recommend this Company to anyone who needs understanding, compassion & help during these Covid-19 times on anything related to Water solutions.

Good advice from Stewart by phone & email about problems with an existing installation that had been out of regular use during Covid lockdowns, and great on-site work by DJ to inspect and service the system and get it operating correctly. Highly Recommended

I've used UV Water Systems for replacement filters & UV tubes, several times previously, and always found the service extremely fast and efficient. On the latest occasion, my delivery went astray during transit. Stewart was most helpful, assisting with tracking down the delivery, and when it became apparent that it was lost, immediately provided a replacement order, to be delivered by them, but also had DJ install the filters, for free. Excellent service. Above and beyond.

Very efficient, and responsive to queries etc. Our water filter is still going strong after several years.
