Purchased a WSR3P system. Excellent service, advice and easy system to install. Water crystal clear and of great taste. Could not more highly recommend.

We have lived in this house for approximately two years, and last year during the very first lockdown, our very old UV system collapsed. DJ came out from UV water systems, built a new board for us and replaced it within a day or two after arranging a bypass so we could actually survive. It was a very stressful time all around for all kiwis, and having no water is scary. Wayne’s company and the pointy end of the ops in the form of DJ were amazingly helpful, reassuring and professional. If I could give these guys a six out of 5 stars, I genuinely would. The system itself, needless to say works flawlessly. If you ever live in the country and clean out your gutters and tanks, when you’ll understand why a system like this is necessary.

DJ came out and serviced our equipment last week, he called the night before with an ETA, arrived on time, was quick, efficient, and very easy and friendly to deal with. UV Water Systems are a great company to deal with, whether its technical or parts support from main office or service in the field. I have no hesitation in recommending them and their product.

We've used UV Water Systems for five years. Even tho' we're in Waikato and they're in Auckland, the service levels are excellent. Stewart & the team there are happy to help on the phone, usually know exactly what the problem is and provide fast delivery of needed parts, plus a heap of advice about how to install. Really good company to deal with.

I have not bought the product just yet, but Stewart replied to my email on a Sunday and followed up on Monday with a detailed call that made everything water treatment crystal clear to me (just like the water after its been through their filters ;) ). We will most likely be purchasing one of their filters in the near future. For the friendly and helpful customer service alone I wlould recommend.

Great team of guys very professional and knowledgeable at their work. They recently just replaced my old UV system that had died and was not doing its job meaning our waste water results were extremely high. Since installing a new system the results have dropped extremely to normal acceptable levels by the council. Wayne & Stewart both brilliant guys highly recommended for this line of work.

I am a plumber for a housing company, and have been using these filters for a few years now, They are my favorite filter system to use and install because of their competitive prices, the fact that they are already pre assembled and tested so you just have to put it onto a wall and hook up the inlet and outlet, that they come with gate valves on each end which make changing filters and uv bulbs a breeze and that they have a great backing board and waterproof cover. I have one of there systems on my own house and would highly recommend them,

Stewart and Wayne are both highly knowledgeable and are always willing to discuss possible solutions to any water problems you have.

Every now and again I have to do some DIY around the house, and can usually find some info online. When it came to finding parts for our UV water system, the information was totally overwhelming and I had no idea what I was doing. Steward came to the rescue and could quickly identify the parts I was needing, popped my order into the system and sent it through for payment. Thanks!

At my previous home I installed a water filtration system supplied by Stewart Morgan. My present home also has a UV Water Systems unit already installed. I have had contact with Stewart on several occasions and always found him to be helpful, knowledgeable and professional. The product is very well made and I would highly recommend Stewart and his Company to anyone wishing to instal a good water purification system.

I'v been using one of the whole house systems for over 7 years. Great quality product and great after sales service for lamps and filters. Just bought a second one for another property. Highly recommended.

I installed a UV water filter system at the Beach House. I found Stewart to be very keen to help and give advice. I was pretty impressed with the construction of the system, beautifully made! It was easy to install and I have been recommending it to others. I assume it works at killing any bugs and taking the yucks out? Haven't got sick and the water tastes better anyway.

I bought 3 sets of 3-filter water purifiers from UV Water Systems for my own and rental properties. UV Water Systems provides excellent products and services. I would strongly recommend UV Systems to all my friends.

I ordered a service kit for my filter system on a Sunday night and it arrived on the Wednesday which was great. Unfortunately the UV lamp had broken a filament in transit. I emailed UV Water Systems Ltd and Stewart called. After a quick discussion he agreed to send another which arrived 48 hrs later. Thanks Stewart, great service and would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a unit or service kit.

I had a UV Water Systems set up installed just under 2 years ago, and have been very happy with its performance. Recently I had a problem with the UV tube, and contacted Stewart at UV Water Systems, who walked me through the checks I should make. We concluded it was likely the ballast had died, and I posted off the unit to Stewart who very quickly diagnosed the problem, made the necessary repairs and posted the unit back, and at no cost to me. I have reinstalled the unit and all is going as it should. I am happy to record my appreciation for Stewart for the excellent after sales care, and would recommend UV Water Systems as a water treatment supplier.

Just installed a 3 filter UV unit from UV Water Systems here in Timaru. I am delighted with the unit - its very well built and looks fantastic. Stuart was very helpful and easy to deal with. I hope Stuart changes his freight company in the future though. Mainfreight left our unit in Hamilton on its way to Timaru for a week. Nobody at that company seemed to be interested in finding out why that had happened or chasing it up. It took numerous phone calls to get it sorted. I would not recommend Mainfreight.

I called up and had a chat to Stewart, when I was looking at replacing my existing water filter (the old one is shown to left of the new unit), he was extremely helpful/knowledgeable, and advised that I should drop into their showroom to get a better look/feel for their product.

Having done that, I left satisfied in my purchase. We have now got a far superior system installed at home, and I would highly recommend UV Water Systems to anyone in the market for a new/replacement unit.

Utterly appalling service. Stewart was consistently rude & unprofessional. I got a quote & booked my service well in advance so I could be present on the property. The service person did not turn up. When I phoned for the reason, Stewart apologised & said that the service person had been off for several weeks but gave no reason as to why my service had not been rebooked.
He offered for someone to come the next day which was good, but when I said I wanted the original quote honoured he refused. He was rude, dismissive & agitated, which in turn agitated me. My expectation was that they at least honoured the quote. His solution? He hung up on me.

Stewart is by far one of the rudest & most unhelpful people I've ever had to deal with. He makes the customer feel as though they should be grateful that their company has even answered the phone to them.

This is by far the best example of how not to run a company.

A further update to this:
I have since had my system serviced by a different company have been professional friendly & informative. While they were servicing my system they pointed out to me that the filters had been installed the wrong way round by this company.

Yet another reason why I most certainly do not recommend this company.
