Failed my wof based on tint being too dark. The same tint had passed previous wofs. Took it to Honda who confirmed that the tint was fine. VTNZ Akl City rechecked the same tint and passed the wof.

The test driving person who took me for my test was really nice he was an old white guy who wears glasses sorry forgot your name even though i didnt pass my restricted he was really nice

Wish I could give more stars! Today I gave my overseas conversion full practical test. The testing officer Mr. Ross W was absolutely amazing. His instructions were on the spot. With the Mr. Ross W clear guidance on directions and precise instructions, I was able to pass the test. I am grateful for the wonderful experience with Mr. Ross W. He definitely deserves a appreciation. Thank you.

Never again going to vtnz I done my restricted licence I failed because the guy said I wasn't checking my blind spots and he said i was going to slow I wasn't I was going the speed limit and was checking my blind spots the old guy looked like he didn't want to be here he had a bad attitude problem he's just after money

This place needs to find new premises as the parking lanes are to small and the street gets blocked with the excess cars and trucks which irritated the other business on this road, it was to busy after half an hour the que hadn't changed so left

The guys who do the work are great. Sadly the reception staff are rude and idiotic so that's a 2* for me

I passed both my restricted and full license here on first try. The Driving Assessor I had, Donald (for both test) was very professional but at the same time he was friendly which calmed my nerves. I highly recommended Pukekohe VTNZ if you are going for your test. If you happend to fail, just try again. The Assessor's and staff are very nice.

Always busy here every day. But service is always outstanding and speedy. Yeah may take a while. But remember a car has many details and nic nacs that need to be sorted

Driver testers are uncaring and just want to fail in order to generate revenue. Avoid at all costs

Wish I could give 10 stars! Donald was absolutely amazing. He came in on his day off to cover for his colleague. I was a bag of nerves after failing my last test at a different branch. The testing officer I had at the previous branch was horrible and rude, so I was quite scared it would be a similar experience but I was wrong! Donald allowed my partner to come with us as a support person. We chatted throughout the test about normal day to day things like holidays and so on. This helped calm my nerves and with Donald’s clear guidance on directions and precise instructions, I was able to pass the test. I am forever grateful for the wonderful experience I had at your branch with this testing officer. He definitely deserves a raise! Thank you Donald, you were lovely.

Had an excellent experience taking my restricted test here. All the staff were really friendly and professional. My test conductor Krish in particular made me feel at ease and gave good feedback. I'll definitely be going there to sit my full

Went in there in a manual white Van, Mark P was very professional, clear and easy to understand and gave good feedback at the end of the drive.

They need to have a special for elderly as saw many have to stand in line common VTNZ respect elders, change your policy you guys get old one day as well.

Driving instructor are making money only and always talk bad about AA driving classes.
You guys just demotivate the new driver just look at the Auckland roads how people actually drive and I had two test one fail me because I give indicators and other fail me why I don’t give indicators on same round about.worst experience

Pretty poor service regarding licensing, wait times are bad and some employees can be straight up rude and always seem unhappy. Some people there are really helpful though. My third driver test I got a really nice lad and passed:)

Took granddaughter for driving test. No systems operating due to computers down. Tests still being done and staff friendly

Very disgusting behaviour towards a certain type of race here. Wake up people and stop judging and do your job correctly and fairly, This company does not deserve even one star (Driving Instructor based)

Just like any other vtnz.customer parking is situated in the stupidest area possible, can't drive in and out you have to back out onto a road.lol

WORST PLACE EVER TO TAKE YOUR TEENAGER TO GET THEIR LEARNER LICENSE, THEY DO NOT ACCEPT SCHOOL PHOTO ID AS A FORM OF IDENTIFICATION. POOR SERVICE, RIDICULOUS PARKING, TRUCKS BLOCKING SUBWAY ROAD, VERY HAZARDOUS!

Great experience here, friendly customer service from the receptionist as well as the testing officers, they have a very professional manner. Roads can get abit busy during rush hour time. So make sure to plan ahead.
