Very friendly staff. Mike was able to kindly tell me what was wrong with my car and was able to give me suggestions on where to go to get it fixed. People in the office were also very pleasant to talk to. There is a waiting room. Although it can be a bit hot inside, the staff were so nice that I didn't mind.

Absolutely Terrible service. Waited two hours, then my car was brought through, the guy started it & then decided to go away on lunch. Really? So my car was left on the forecourt unattended for 20mins.

Failed my WOF today for minor damage to a seatbelt that had previously passed inspection at this same VTNZ for the last 3 years. Look at the photo and make up your own mind - but I will not be using VTNZ ever again.

A greeter at the door and super efficient service given how many trucks were there! Safe to wait outside if you don't want to use the wait room.

2 and a half hour wait only three cars ahead of me.the so called inspector failed my wof for window tints that have been passed at least two times at the same place not happy at all the tints have been on my car for 8 years

The lady behind the front counter is knowledgeable and friendly. Takes forever to get your vehicle assessed though.

Great service, Murray looked after our camper a while ago when another compliance place mucked us around for weeks

She very helpful and friendly and knows her stuff. ️

Took my bike for a wof, 4 employee around doing nothing, then one of the shout at me to push the bike in for inspection and switch this, do that, pretty much just to do everything myself.
A 5 min inspection took them over 40 mins. My advice: don't go there any more!

Busy place, thorough. The lady is friendly, but oh the smell. Please get her better ventilation, lighter clothes, another chair. Because she sits so much perhaps a revitive so she can help her circulation. Saying the smell is unpleasant is an understatement.

I have come to this spot for a WOF a couple of times now and they are honest but not too harsh when testing the vehicles. I will return here for my next WOF. Friendly staff too!
I used to work near the area but I travel from another part of Auckland to use this specific branch.

Waited 1hr. 20 for a WOF on my motorbike, but they just ignored it and did not do it. When asked how long told another 20 minutes (there weren't even any cars left to be processed by that stage). Cars and trucks getting through, but totally ignored bike. Left without one. Do not take bikes here. They are not interested

Kate in the office always welcomes me into the office with a warming smile! Always provides exceptional and fast service to make things easier for me. The guys in the workshop are also very polite.

Had to call the compliance manager who helped me with compliance and information on driving with ice tyres - very helpful and knowledgeable.

Today I took my car for a WOF. My first time there. The place is clean and the lady in reception is very friendly. Singh the guy who did my WOF is friendly and polite. Will definitely return next year.

The boys may fail you, but they go out of their way to try and help. Good on you guys and thanks. Better to be safe than sorry

Amazing staff. I took my vehicle for the potential buyer to get pre purchase sale inspection done. They pay attention to each customer. Bunch of awesome people in customer service &in the workshop. Very happy with their service.

Always friendly and efficient. The mechanics go out of their way to help. One of them advised about an oil leak that would have cost me thousands if he hadn't picked it up - so very grateful.

They give you unbiased WOFs as they don't do any of the work themselves and they give you helpful info. And you get a discount being a student
