I went for my full license test and had an amazing instructor who did a really great job of a run down before we proceeded the drive. Gayan G doesn’t make you feel one bit uncomfortable and that’s coming from an anxious & overly nervous female. Needless to say I have been given honest feedback by Gayan for improvements. 5 stars for the instructors professionalism, honesty and humility.

Very busy long waiting times.no clear signage of where to stand for licences or for vehicle inspections.very cramped reception area

Failed my test in pukekohe vtnz and then managed to find a slot to book again an 1hr30mins later at vtnz wiri. Cheers Gary for the easy pass. I owe you a beer mate

on the 31st May I just want to thank The VTNZ Team Wiri Especially to the Testing Officer MUGA T.he was an absolute Professional Well Communicative Instructor, He made sure that all Directions very Clear & Prior to the test. Ensured the Vehicle was Compliant & safe, Gave a Clear Induction Prior to the test. Thank you again VTNZ for giving me the confidence to re-do My Licence. 100% RECOMMENDED VTNZ WIRI

Just wasted an hour of my life standing in line just for them to say "we're not taking anymore customer license papers because we're closing soon!? Plenty of us were waiting patiently at that. If you were closing soon you should've said something sooner or closed your doors instead of wasting our time. And the way the lady spoke to us was very rude. How'd you get a customer services job!? Rude much! 'm definitely not coming back here at all. Very bad customer service.

My little brother had instructor Gayan today and was very very unproffessional. Cant be bothered, said when turning into a street that my brother cut the corner. There were no lines or anything on the road to cut. Most of the time his head is down writing on a paper as they have no ipads there for the test and when he looks up he says you dont check blind spots, if he wasnt heads down the whole time writing he would see him checking blind spots. Either the owner of this station is family or friends with this Gayan guy because all the 1 star reviews on this station are all about Gayan but for some reason he is still there. The owner replies that they have strict criterea for passing. Well then tell me something why is it only Gayan seems to have bad reviews, are you saying the rest of your staff are not following criterea and should all be sacked or maybe the head office should investigate your branch. I highly doubt that the rest of the instructors are bad at their job and its just this Gayan. Will definitly be sending a message to head office about your branch and this Gayan. To many complaints to be a coincidence and you keep covering for him. I warn anyone coming up for test avoid wiri station at all costs as you will waste your money if you get Gayan.have written to your head office also and told them to look into your stations test results and they will see Gayan fails well above his colegues fail rate which means there is something wrong with his testing attitude or views.

My daughter went to set her restricted License today, she had the testing officer (Gayan G). From start to end all his body language signals he don’t want to be there. Very unprofessional, in the car he rest his head back onto the headrest.
During the driving, he gave very sudden instructions to either do a parallel park or pull over to the side.

He failed her for not stopping at amber lights as it was still green when she was just about to cross the lights. The light changed yellow as soon she cross the white lines, has she put on her breaks she would of had half the car in between the lines on the road and she felt it was unsafe for her to do a sudden break. She checked her rear mirrors after crossing over and it was still on yellow lights.

My husband was the support person for my daughter, and even he felt the officer was not paying attention to my daughter’s driving and also have a couldn’t be bothered attitude.

After the test, went back to the station, that’s when he told her she needs to rebook as she failed because didn’t stop at the amber lights. What I can’t understand is after the amber lights situation, the Officer continued the driving for an approximate 15mins. If he had failed her shouldn’t he be taking her back straight away? !

I hope something would be done about this particular officer as I have read several other reviews and it’s exactly the same scenarios we have had.

The instructor gyan very unprofessional and rude. He was frustrated and he doesn’t know how to talk. I don’t recommend this place at all.

Garry is the best person to get as an instructor for your full or restricted. Clear instructions and very calm. Wiri route is perfect with big roads and almost not that many obstacles.

The ladies here are lovely, warm and welcoming. I took my full license test here and Garry was my instructor. He just made me feel at ease and was very clear with instructions. And Yes I passed, thank you Garry and the team at Wiri. I would highly recommend going here to sit your test.

Hi I went to VTNZ Wiri for my Restricted driving licence which on 27th of April. My driving officer was Muga. The way he greated I felt very confident. He is very clam polite and compossed (which definitely helps me over coming ones until nerves.) He was very professional appreciable person, he guided me perfectly through out the testing process he was very clear with his instructions and explained them very well. I would highly recommend him. And if you would get him as your driving officer be assured that you will be judged fairly. VTNZ Wiriis lucky to have him as driving officer He is credit to VTNZ Wiri. I will recommend this place to others for their driving test.

Such a great and welcoming team at vtnz Wiri! Made my driving test experience memorable. Highly recommend this vtnz.

Great Experience. Today I had given my restricted driving test and pass it. Garry was my driving instructor. I must say he very professional and calm. He gives me clear instructions throughout the test. Definitely I would recommed VTNZ Wiri for practical driving test.

I had an instructor name Muga and he was very clear and professional with his work, made everything simple and easy. I recommend vtnz wiri! ️

I had my full license test at WIRI and I feel privileged to write this review for Dimitrio. He is an awesome instructor, had clear communication throughout my driving test, and never felt any pressure. I was really lucky to have Dimitrio and I would say he is an asset to WIRI VTNZ. Thanks, Dimitrio and WIRI team for the great culture, and appreciate this bottom this from the bottom of my heart.

Inspector does not know what he is talking about, started to raise his voice when I questioned the incorrect procedures and refused to listen when I pulled out the VIRM, 0/10 poor service will not bring any vehicles here

I had my restricted license practical driving test today with driving inspector Garry. He is an amazing person. He made me feel at ease, explained all the instructions nicely and calmly. All the instructions during the test were simple and easy to understand.
I passed my test. Yippee.
Definitely recommend Garry and VTNZ wiri for all your license testing.
Even the receptionist was nice and helpful. Keep up the good work wiri team.
