I met the most amazing instructor, Ian B and the girl with scarf on the reception yesterday. Both were extremely patient and explained the process well. Even after the test, Ian went over my driving improvement areas and explained the next steps. Extremely happy with your staff VTNZ wiri. Keep up the good work:)

Customer service so rude, been waiting there for 30+ mins for just one person in front of me, when my turn come it just took us around 2-3 mins to think about the appt date and the lady at the counter told to go aside if we still thinking which she did not even acknowledge that we have been waiting for more than 30 mins

Ideally located you can't go past this place for peace of mind service for your vehicle. The guys treat me with respect, listening and offering excellent advice. Front desk staff are always friendly and helpful and there is plenty of parking.

I have a van with a small (2-3 cm) hole in the side of the rear indicator lens cover
Not affecting the function of the lens at all
Its been like that for approx 2 years and I have had at least 3 WOF's at VTNZ Wiri with that 'defect' passed
Not this time!
Guess where I will NOT be going ever again after this recheck?

Still respect VTNZ Wiri, just feel a bit cheated on and played as I have failed my restricted over failing to stop at a yellow traffic light when I personally felt it wasn’t safe for myself to stop from 60kph to 0 within 4 seconds. Like it could be done but driving is about being smooth and safe. Just really really feel like it’s unfair I failed on something I personally didn’t feel it was safe to do even, with the Instructor saying I could have. Such a bummer especially when I feel as they’re a lot harder on young boys.

Instructors are very passionate about their job and they make sure that you know what you're doing right and wrong.

A helpful efficient place to do vehicle registration, buy RUC mileage, or obtain a C. O. F.or W. O. F.inspection.

Passed my restricted test today with the lovely instructor. Thanks VTNZ wiri for getting me on the road legally. Highly recommended!

Do not waste your money here! The driving instructor just wants your money and will fail you for no reason and will try to give an excuse to make it seem like you are in the wrong. You have been warned.

I get my Certificate of Fitness done here. Fast, efficient service and friendly, helpful staff. If they don't pass your vehicle, then don't give them a hard time. They are just doing their job.
