Loga Ofisa, Finn Larson and Tanoa Allen did an excellent job of pruning my trees & left my place really tidy. The back office staff like Cynthia and the team are extremely professional, yet courteous and extremely friendly.
Will definitely recommend these guys to anyone.

Have used Waitakere Tree Services for several years, and they manage the trees at a rental property. They are very professional and as a landlord not living in NZ, I feel confident from a distance in the service provided. Cynthia is excellent, very responsive and helpful.

The crew sent were knowledgable and friendly. They knew plants and trees and worked efficiently. They tidied up afterwards and completed ahead of estimated time. Recommended.

Took photos of the work that we needed to be done but did not receive a quote. When followed up for the quote they said it was not showing on their system that someone visited and then never heard back from them!

It took some time from initial call to the invoice - around 3 months overall, I was considering other companies, but in the end - the job was done very good - both tree felling and stump removal was done quickly and professionally, it was a tight spot and I was concerned about the fence being damaged by this huge stump grinding machine, but there's not even one scratch on it. Very friendly personnel. Thank you for you services.

This is the second time we have used Waitakere Tress Services. Both times they have responded quickly, provided a clear quote, carried out the work professionally and provided correct billing. When unsure they have sought information before providing the quote.
They take safety seriously (both working at heights and in this case Covid-19 social distancing).
I would recommend Waitakere Tree Services for large and small jobs.
