Had a tree removed pleased with the service and the result tidied up really well following the removal.

My name is Eric Cho. Today they suppose to come around 11 to 12. Not turned up at 1, didn't even had a call from them. When I rang them they said around 2. I was waiting got call from them saying 2.30. Finally I canceled at 3pm. Big disappoinment since their reviews are nice.

This is the second time I have used Waitakere Tree Services. Once again, communication was great, the 3 workers arrived on time, completed the work efficiently and left our property in better conditon than when they arrived (They raked all the leaves & debris on the lawn, left our deck spotless and also the neighbours driveway) I have no hesitation in recommending their services to friends.
