21 Shane and Warren's team of plumbers are really reliable. They get in contact directly with the tenants, arrange the maintenance or pick up of keys from the office. They call us on site if additional work is needed to get sign off and the invoices are coming up in a timely manner. If somehow, the repair does not last, they go back to have a look and fix directly.
We use them for our building managements purposes and all the properties we have under management for the last 18 months.the extent of their abilities is quite broad from kitchen tap to major leaks. Overall we are really happy with the deliverables and would like to recommend them if you ever need plumbing being done under a short timeframe.
