Watkins Plumbing is a team of very helpful, reliable and knowledgeable people. Their work is consistently of a high standard and their charges are very reasonable. John, Dean, and Michelle, the three members of the staff I have met or talked to over the phone, are friendly people and very easy to get along with. I use this firm for work at my own home and at my rental property. Highly recommended to everyone who is seeking a top plumber!

Once again Watkins Plumbing provided excellent service on 12/0/21. Their plumber John turned up on time and did a thoroughly professional job of replacing the toilet cistern and installing a new toilet seat. My tenant was very happy with the work done. 09/10/2023: Excellent service as usual. I phoned Watkins around 8.30 a.m. Regarding a leaking h/w cylinder. Their plumber arrived on site about an hour later and fixed the problem, a leaking valve. I'm happy. Tenant was happy. Manager emailed me back shortly afterwards to advise that the job had been completed. Great communication. Highly recommended!

Watkins Plumbing have done most of the work on my home over the last 20 years because they do what is required, communicate well, and get the job done as quickly as possible. They put in our new custom built shower, sorted guttering replacement, installed a new washing machine and have attended to cistern maintenance more than once. Well recommended.

Watkins plumbing helped me out quickly and efficiently. They were able to solve the problem after the high winds blew off the hot water outlet pipe on the roof causing the hot hot water to cascade off my roof, due to weather conditions they could not go on the roof as far to dangerous but found a solution inside reestablishing my water supply quickly. Can't thank them enough and would recommend them to anyone.

Watkins answered phone promptly and even though they were flat out with flood repairs, managed to fit us in to clear our lines. Turned up on time and very informative

Put a joint for the existing nova coil that drains ground water.
He was hardworking has a good understanding of the work. However, rushing the work and as a result, tends to overlook smaller things. For example, clay soil was put on top of the scoria layed above the novacoil? This is trival but should not have done.

I have been a customer of Watkins Plumbing for approx 15 years. They are always professional, responsive and go above and beyond. I simply can’t fault them in any way.

I wanted to check my drainage because its really slow to drain my driveway's puddles, thinking it was partially blocked. I didnt get charged for hydro jet cleaning because the drain pipe wasnt blocked. Reasonble charge and I highly recommend them.
