Really good communication, friendly on the phone when booking and on site. Showed up exactly when they said they would, quickly found the fault with our hot water cylinder and replaced the part. Third time I've used this company and have recommended them to others already. Thanks team.

We had an external leak that we suspected was sewerage… The team from Watkins plumbing were quick to respond attending and diagnosing the issue on the same day. They returned early the next morning to dig up and repair the earthware piping and even leveled out the garden bed after having to dig it up as part of the repair. Their communication during and post repair was fantastic and I would highly recommend them for all and any plumbing requirements!

We have used Watkins on many occasions and have been very happy with them every time. This time it was to replace a section of spouting and they were quick to respond and quick to get the job done - very happy with the service.

From the first point of contact calling Michelle (lovely/friendly on the phone) to John arriving at our place to carry out the repairs, it was a pleasure to do business with Watkins Plumbing.

We used Watkins services several times in the past and each time we had prompt and friendly service. Every time we called them they knew exactly what was required to fix the problems and without wasting any time they would fix them. We always will use their services and recommend to others as well. Just last Friday we called them for urgent cold water leak problem and they said they were all booked but see what they can do. Within two hours they came found the problem and fixed it. I've used Watkins twice now and I have found them really responsive and experienced. John helped us figure out a tricky shower leak and also replaced the shower head for us. He was consultative, patient, honest and kind. Definitely would use them again.

When I called they were fully booked however made time to come out by the end of the week. They fixed an over flow issue that we’ve had issues with in the past that no other plumber has been able to do! Great service.

Donald come around the day I called he was very nice friendly and professional and arrived on time. He fixed our leaking toilet when the other plumber we had couldn't.

I phoned Watkins Plumbers re an outside tap which was leaking and as they had just returned to work after the Xmas break, they were booked up until the end of the week. I asked Michelle if they could come at their earliest convenience and I couldn't believe it when one of their plumbers arrived an hour after I phoned. He immediately replaced the broken tap and checked all was working okay and was gone within 20 minutes.

Two men arrived soon after a phone call from them to ask if this was a good time to respond to my order for a tap repair/replacement.
They wore masks, were respectful and well prepared and quickly/efficiently completed assessment and work, leaving guarantee.
Invoice followed next day. I had already agreed to call out fee of $119 for 1 hour.
Tap was checked for leaks and works well.
