Did a great job bird proofing my chimney and other repairs at height with the harness. Other chimney sweeps said it was too high for them.

Were super easy to deal with. Gave a quote and spelled out all costs. Didn't need to use all quoted items so was cheaper. Teadesman called to advise was coming ans did a professional job cleaning after the job. Would recommend and will use again.

I just recently got a replacement fire installed and from start to finish it was an easy process, they do everything including your council permit and the finished installed product looks awesome. Great value. Friendly staff in the office and on the road. Cant fault them.

We bought a pellet fire about 9 years ago and we've never had any issues getting somebody to service it but this year we haven't been able to get anybody and pellet fires need to be serviced and cleaned every two years otherwise they can be dangerous we think it's outrageous these people still sell these fire's knowing there's nobody to service them we've spent a lot of money on pellet fires we had one fitted in our old house also. Therefore if it stops working we will have no heating.

They did a removal and reinstall of our wood burner and replaced a few worn out parts. Really tidy, efficient seamless service.

After paying my 80% deposit on a new fire install it then took almost nine weeks to complete the install. It wasn't until the job was sub contracted out till anything happened.

Awesome company to deal with. Installation and removal of old fireplace was so easy and the staff from West City Heating are friendly and accommodating. Would recommend to anyone! Will definitely use them for servicing/cleaning fireplace too!

Called for a repair 13/06/2016 - advised no one could come till mid JULY.so over 1 month to have looked at. I know we all busy.that ridiculous. Put more staff on if that busy at this time of year!
