Craig was quick to response to my online enquiry, booked us in for a weekend appointment with no trouble, showed up on time, treated the house for rats in the ceiling and kitchen, left plenty baits up there. In two weeks time they were gone. We bought a one-year warranty pest control from him, just booked in for another visit from Craig for an ants treatment as part of the one year warranty, this presents very good value for money.

Bugs, spiders and ants all remain months after the initial spray. Contacted multiple times.false promises of "i'll call you next week", "I live far away", "i'll call you after lockdown" given.

Craig came to my house the day after I called him, to sort out a sudden rat problem in the roof space. He was friendly, punctual, and finished in literally ten minutes. The bulk of the scratching was gone by the next night! It wasn’t cheap, but I would rather pay a bit more to have the problem immediately resolved, than pay less and have no resolution at all (which was my last experience, with a different company).
