47Got my wife to drop the car in for a service at winger pukekohe.she said the guys were very creepy in the service department and made her feel very uncomfortable.refused to go back to pick the car up.not good guys.
Was lookin at buying new subary from winger pukekohe.sales people were very uninterested in helping.we're to busy drinking coffee and talking amongst themselves to bother asking I needed any help.when I did ask for some help I got the feeling it was a huge inconvenience to them to do their job.possibly lost 2 new vehicle sales because of terrible service.avoid winger and shop elsewhere
Have had nothing but trouble when dealing with winger.service manager especially has been nothing but difficult to deal with.got every excuse under the sun with no action to follow.would avoid dealing with winger pukekohe either buying new or follow up services
Took my van in for a service. Had an ac fault. 5 trips later its still not fixed and they keep charging me for not fixing it. They Now don't want anything to do with it so I'm left out of pocket and with a van that still has no ac. Take your business anywhere else.
Turned up on Saturday after test driving a Ute at the Toyota next door, got fabulous service from Toyota but wanted to test drive an Isuzu D-Max to compare however the sales guy from Isuzu couldnt of cared less seemed to be too busy playing with a dog, well Isuzu one thing is for sure you lost a sale! Would never return if no service is all you offer.
Tryed to get my van fixed here 10 weeks later they have charged me and its still not fixed. Now dont want to deal with it so im out of poket and still have a van thats not fixed. Do not go here
Post sales service less than stellar. Did not receive any notification of 2 recalls on our new car. I had to visit to ask. Still don't know what the recalls were for!

I have bought my last 4 cars from Wingers pukekohe. 3 of them new. Nothing but good things to say about the sales team. Service team as good.
Tried to purchase a car a year or so back, drove 4 hours to find the car was worse condition than expected with damaged interior (2 seat belts needed replacing and boot interior plastic had a football sized hole in it) and issues brought up in a pre purchase inspection weren't fixed. Got the feeling that they were taking advantage of the fact I was a young guy wanting a Subaru. It was a terrible experience but never felt compelled to leave a review until I tagged along to the yard with a mate a week or so ago and we were completely ignored. Winger is normally fantastic, not sure why this branch isn't.

I bought a Suzuki Vitara a year ago. I am very happy with it. But the reason i am happiest about is the after sales service. Everytime i bring in my car for maintenance it comes out like a brand new one - sparkling clean and smell nice. Thanks Winger team Pukekohe for excellent service. Ive been talking highly about you guys.
Bought a car here nearly 2 years ago and was basically chased and chased up until I paid the deposit and then completely forgotten about. Phone calls, messages, emails went unanswered. Promises broken. Had to drive onto the car yard and say I wasn’t leaving until I got something fitted that was promised a month earlier. People certainly rushed around then. Just recently (1 year+ after purchase) they’ve been calling my old flat mate (?) asking if I’m coming in for my service. I’ve had 2 services since buying it, none of which I’ve gone here for. Have told everyone I know to avoid going here.

I do have to agree with the comment about service, more specifically, after service which was not so great for me. All elements for purchasing went well, however it was the smaller details that were not followed up after purchase. The promise of dropping off the missing key cover which was absent the day of pick up. Not even a call to say it was there and still had a flat battery when we went back two weeks later. The follow up of car seat covers if I gave detail of what I wanted, which I did. 'Yes, will get on to my guy'. Nothing on pick up and then told just to go to Repco. Just small details, however, customer service is important.
We purchased a new Subaru from Winger, Pukekohe. Mitchell and his team were very friendly and knowledgeable. Mitchell took time to explain how everything worked. We didn't feel pushed into the sale. I highly recommend Mitchell, Martyn, Sarah.

We had a recall appointment organised by Hyundai it was 10am which should of been for 3/4 hr. Arrived 10 mins early handed my keys in and went for a coffee. I did inform them I had a drs appointment 12 pm. Went back to collect the car at 11.50 and the car had not even been started. A complete waste of time and terrible service actually no existing service,
. I would never go back there or recommend it to any body. Still haven’t had the recall error fixed.
As far as dealerships go. These guys are extremely friendly and genuinely good people! Well done team!
I paid for a 2 year covered service in full, I was over my first 1000km service and was told by the manager Aaron that they wouldn't do the 1000 km service. I felt really dissappointed and humiliated that the request was turned down. I certainly wont be trading for a new car at winger Hyundai Pukekohe again
